“We haven't received the rug yet and are hoping the quality matches the photos. We will be looking to purchased more rugs in the near future so we're hopeful we will have great results. So far the communication has been great. We would like all our rugs to be shipped UPS so if we have to return them, there will not be a charge to us. We're looking forward to getting our rug!”

Your refund will be issued as soon as the rugs arrive back to the warehouse. I reviewed your order and believe that $66 is a fair price for the quality you received, but we are always happy to take a rug back should it not meet your expectations. Thank you.

“Incredible Rugs and Decor is incredible! I had ordered a rug from another company and thought I would get it within a reasonable amount of time. They then notified me that my rug would ship within 4 months. I tried to cancel and they gave me a hard time. I contacted Incredible rugs on Monday and by Wednesday morning I had a tracking number, and this was right after Thanksgiving with Cyber Monday and all that. They not only matched the other company's price, they beat it. The gal I spoke with online made the transaction super easy. I will definitely buy from them again.”
