Hi Mary. We sent you a couple of emails with tracking updates. Perhaps they landed in your junk folder? Your rug pads shipped a few days ago and will be delivered by Fedex tomorrow. “My first experience with Incredible Rugs & Decor was a five star experience! This company has amazing customer service, first hand knowledge about their products & sells first class products with easy ordering & easy returns!! I ordered-Chandra Kappa beige shag rug in a 5x8- & couldn't be happier with it. It's plush, & shaggy with 3 different fabrics making up the entire look. The sample I ordered came in just a few days so I jumped ob this selection. It's true to the on-line color & the quality is outstanding.”

“Steve Aijian from Incredible Rugs is the best! He went above and beyond to find an Anastasia Rug for me that so many others would not take the time to do. He not only took a picture of this rug outside that I requested but he laid a darker color beside it to show the true color. He worked with Loloi Rep until they found one, Very professional!! The rug is beautiful I'm so lucky to have it! I will provide a picture to Steve when my room is complete!”

“The two sales reps have been great to work with. When I placed a second order days after the first, the sales rep knew who I was - by name -, what I had purchased before, and gave me an update on the status of the first order. Part of the second order required a bit of expediting with a given supplier to get me the product in time, Pretty much a no-fuss, no-muss company to deal with. Congrats”
