“Steve Aijian from Incredible Rugs is the best! He went above and beyond to find an Anastasia Rug for me that so many others would not take the time to do. He not only took a picture of this rug outside that I requested but he laid a darker color beside it to show the true color. He worked with Loloi Rep until they found one, Very professional!! The rug is beautiful I'm so lucky to have it! I will provide a picture to Steve when my room is complete!”

“The two sales reps have been great to work with. When I placed a second order days after the first, the sales rep knew who I was - by name -, what I had purchased before, and gave me an update on the status of the first order. Part of the second order required a bit of expediting with a given supplier to get me the product in time, Pretty much a no-fuss, no-muss company to deal with. Congrats”

“I'd give Incredible Rugs 10 stars if I could based on customer service so far. I had a couple of questions last Saturday when I was about to order two samples. I ended up chatting with Steve Aijian (principal) of Incredible Rugs and Decor. We chatted back and forth, even taking about Hurricane Irma. I couldn't believe my "chat" wasn't answered by a call center somewhere offshore. Then yesterday afternoon I decided to reach out since I had not received tracking info on samples that should have shipping the day before. To my amazement, I woke up this morning to an email from Steve telling me my shipment will arrive on Monday (tracking info included). I don't know how they do it! They make you feel like you are their most important customer. Living here in fast paced Silicon Valley, customer service is a thing of the past. They really are "incredible"...just like their name says! So refreshing to deal with this company. I truly am amazed!!!”
