“I searched a long time for rugs I would love for a long time. I initially found in a retail store but ended up ordering from Incredible Rugs & Décor and enjoyed free shipping and a free rug pad. Every bit of savings helps! Communication about my orders was also very good.”

“I was ordering a rug for my elderly cousin. We had several questions about the area rug we were looking at. I used the chat and the customer service person was extremely helpful. Cyrena explained the 112% price match. She matched a price for the same rug on Amazon plus gave an extra percentage. The free shipping and no tax was an added advantage. The rug arrived on the day estimated. We love this rug. It is bright and cheery. It gives the room a very rich appearance and my cousin is thrilled to have it. “I loved the large assortment of rugs that you offered. After weeks of looking on line and in stores, I decided the Karastan was the brand that had the quality I was looking for. You were several hundred dollars lowered than my local store. I could not decide which carpet to pick and Steve suggested that I order the runner and if that worked, the larger rug. After seeing the runner in my room, I decided that another rug would be better. The return was very easy. The new rug has arrived and I love it! The quality, the price, and the service are tops. Hans, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. The rug you ordered has a 'vintage finish' which is intentional to give the rug an aged, antiqued look which is quite fashionable in today's Interior Design market. Feel free to live with the rug for a week or two and just then let us know if you'd like assistance in returning it for a refund or exchange. Keep in mind; our sample program is a great way to test out color and texture in person before ordering a large item. - Steve

“Steve was incredibly helpful, kind, and very professional. I will definitely buy all my rugs from this store! He even told me to wait on the rug pad to ensure I liked the way it held up to an office rolling chair. He is not pushy about upselling! I bought the Loloi Anastasia af-08 and it looks exactly as pictured. It's perfect!”
