“I received the rugs and not the pads. I cannot put rugs down without the pads. I am disappointed to say the least.”

“The website was easy to use. Chat assistance was very helpful as I was looking for samples and had to order 2x3 rugs instead. She explained that I could return for free if I purchased a larger rug. Now I'm going to contact Customer Service to return samples and purchase 4 new rugs.”

“The rug was the same rug that our designer offered us for almost a $1,000 less. Came packaged in a sturdy plastic wrap to keep it clean during shipment. I will be using you again for the rest of our decorating needs.”

“The colors on the rug were not the same as in the picture, however, Steve A. from Customer Service was very responsive to my questions and great to work with. It would have been nice though if the return cost would have either been covered by Incredible Rugs or at least the return cost shared between customer and the company, as pictures can be very deceiving.”

Thank you for your input. Keep in mind; our 'Sample Program' is a great way to test out the colors/texture in your home before ordering a large size. We offer free round-trip shipping on a swatch or 2x3 rug if a 5x8 or larger area rug is subsequently ordered. Contact us any time for more details on this program.

“I wanted to see an image of a round rug which was not on your website, and I chatted with Cyrena Cote, who worked very hard to provide this. It was difficult for me to view the image through the email chat venue, but she was ultimately able to show it to me on another vendor's website. Delivery was quite prompt, and I am delighted with the rug!”
