“Fantastic customer service!! Steve was so helpful and helped me get the price match on my 2 rugs. They arrived only 4 days after I ordered them. I'm also very pleased with the rugs. They are absolutely beautiful and the color shown on the website is very accurate. I will certainly shop here again when I need home decor. Thank you so much.”

“I don't think that I have ever experienced more helpful and knowledgeable service from any company, especially while working a purchase on line ! I had two additional issues that I was embarrassed to contact Steve and the other two wonderful women about. They made me feel very comfortable with answering my questions and giving me some helpful suggestions. I have to say it was a very successful transaction, or I should say transactions for me and my family. I would highly recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor to all my friends and family. “Don't expect to hear or know the status of your order for 4-5 days. I placed my order 4 days ago and have had no update except the order is still in "unfulfilled" status and my credit card was charge immediately - no response to "contact us" email either. Disappointing 1st order from Incredible Rugs.....”

“I purchased 2 gorgeous rugs late last year for my living room, & now just ordered another for my dining room. I really undecided on whether to get the oval or Rectangle, but my friends on Facebook were a big help when I showed the area & the 2 different rugs I was choosing from.
