“The selection of rugs is great, the price was a good deal. I was surprised it took one month from the day I ordered to receive my rug. In fact I did not receive a confirmation of my order until I asked for one, and was then simply told I would receive an e-mail when my rug shipped. There was no indication of how long it would take - simply I would be advised when it shipped. However, my credit card was charged within a couple of days of placing the order. I rated Customer Service as Good as they were very quick to respond to my questions. However, if they provided more information in advance that would have been better. A month is a long time to wait when you are not given prior notice to expect it. The rug is in excellent condition and a beautiful rug - very high quality.”

“After waiting nearly two months, my rug finally arrived. It was explained to me, that the distributor had moved to a new warehouse and this was causing the delay. In the meantime, I ordered two other rugs ( same distributor) and they were both delivered within a week. Customer service was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. The only way they were willing to help,was to tell me I could cancel my order. They should have been willing to match the price on another rug, even if they took a little loss. When I ordered the rug it said"available". It didn't say"available in two months".”

“I had found the rug I wanted locally and decided to check on line. Your price was in line with a couple other stores. Since this was my first time experience with your store I called first to get info. I spoke to Steve and he was very helpful. I later decided to go ahead and order from your store and called and spoke to Steve again. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. When I order online I prefer to place the order over the phone instead of on line. People like Steve makes it very easy to do so. “What can I say except just a classy operation. I was looking for a small high traffic entry rug. So many to choose from. Steve helped me upload a picture of the main dining room rug which led me so many to pick from. Finally picked one which is coming tomorrow. I am sure it will be great but if not I do know I can return it with no hassle. Now I only wish I had known about them and that they sell some great looking home decor. Thank you Steve, and I will surely be shopping at Incredible rugs and decor. You cant beat the price, selection and above all customer service!”
