“What can I say except just a classy operation. I was looking for a small high traffic entry rug. So many to choose from. Steve helped me upload a picture of the main dining room rug which led me so many to pick from. Finally picked one which is coming tomorrow. I am sure it will be great but if not I do know I can return it with no hassle. Now I only wish I had known about them and that they sell some great looking home decor. Thank you Steve, and I will surely be shopping at Incredible rugs and decor. You cant beat the price, selection and above all customer service!”

“Day 11 and a teaching. Umber for shipment was just issued yesterday after I had to call to inquire about the order. There were 5 rugs in stock when orders was placed, 10 days later when I called there were 3. Insupposed had I not called it would have never shipped. Never again”

The only "quirk" I have discovered is that when I try to create an account, your website says that my email is not correct. Strange, since I have received many emails from this company. “I ordered both the runner and the 5x7 area rug. Because I was unsure of the color I contact customer service. They said they would just send the runner and if it wasn't the color I wanted they would discount the return shipping and cancel the 5x7 rug order. I was very pleased with the colors and received my 5x7 rug shortly thereafter. Great customer service. Great product.”
