“Took a few extra days to receive them due to the holiday, but customer service was very good at keeping me updated. The Suryea rugs look great on my sun porch-- just the gold and gray color depicted in their photos. These are the second rugs I ordered, and would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“I was able to chat live with Steve and he was very helpful. I was concerned about the colors in the Oriental Weavers Hurley 19107 rug and if it actually looked like the picture. He did a great job describing the different color hues in the rug. The rug arrived on time and is absolutely beautiful.”

“This was my first time ordering from Incredible Rugs and Decor, and I'd definitely do business with them again. Initially, I received the wrong size rug (too large). The customer support rep went right to work to correct the error, and I had the replacement only a few days later. As well the incorrect rug was picked up as scheduled, of course no charge to me. The rug is gorgeous. I love it, it was exactly what I wanted. The price was excellent. I saved about fifty dollars compared to any other website that sold the same rug, plus shipping was free.”

“I havent received my rug yet but the experience I had with the sales agent was wonderful. I told them of the need to have the rug ASAP and they were great at checking to make sure I could be accomidated! Very happy with their customer service and professionalism. “Just unrolled my new rug and it is INCREDIBLE. It is exactly as pictured. The quality is excellent, there is no smell, and the colors are perfect. It looks like it was handmade. Like a beautiful needlepoint effect. Service was fast. Follow up to a question I had was answered immediately. Price was best on net. Absolutely wonderful company and rug. Many thanks!”

“Fast service and attentive to my emails when UPS took my rug on a 500 mile detour. Rug looks great in home and makes furniture pop. It helped to be familiar with the Tommy Bahama colors but the photos on the page were very very true to the actual colors.”
