“I've been waiting for weeks for a certain rug that has been out of stock everywhere. When Incredible Rugs notified me it was back in stock, I grabbed it. I got a good price and fast shipping. I love the rug and want another one, but was disappointed to find it is out of stock again! But this time I pre-ordered another one, because I now have the confidence that I will get it the fastest from this company! Thanks!”

“I ordered 2 9X12 rugs and one 9X12 rug pad. All three were delivered timely and in great shape - with Free Shipping. Only one of the rugs worked with my decor, so I had to return the second rug. It took over a week to get some sort of "return authorization code" from the rug maker, Safavieh. Unfortunately it's not as easy to return a rug as it is to order a rug. The cost is anywhere from $215 to over $300!!!! And they recommend you insure it. Nowhere on this website are you aware of this exorbitant return fee. It's like I purchased another whole rug!!! Never again! MMC”

“WE LOVE this rug. The colors are so rich. We have it in our entryway. We bought a smaller version of this rug (which we have in front of our fireplace) a few years ago at a craft shop. So it pulls the entry way and living room together with rugs that match. I loved the colors so much, I used the info on the back of the older rug and WALLA found our new rug on your Web Site. Were we lucky. The colors on the web site were perfect, so we didn't get a rug that looked entirely different when it arrived. I will NEVER shop for rugs at a store ever again...Your web site is absolutely fantastic.”

“I think the color combinations in the area rugs could be better. The colored blocks don't really tell you anything, it should give all the colored blocks a color name like ivory, tan, gray, black, etc......some of the colors look different on different monitors and you can't really tell what they actually are, otherwise, a pleasant shopping experience. Also, chat assistance wasn't very helpful.”

“The shipment was fast. However, I do not appreciate the company gave me address to Norton for their software even though their offer was free for 30 days. I have never had a company to which I placed orders do this and should not be allowed”

Hi Thomas, the Norton Shopping Guarantee that we paid for is not software that you can get for free. It's a service that provides you with several benefits, including a 30 day, lowest-price guarantee, among other benefits. It is very different than Norton's software that can be purchased and installed on your PC. You will receive a certificate via email explaining all of your benefits and details, all free of charge.
