“Matt has been our salesman every time we called. He has a pleasant personality, knows his inventory and is great to work with. The carpet we purchased initially was disappointing as it looked nothing like the picture on their web site. However, we found another location in our house where we could use it. We continue to do business with this company because of the great customer service and quality carpets they offer. Thanks Matt!”

“We love our rugs. We had previously purchased a large area rug & runner from a local furniture store & then found you on-line with the exact rugs and ordered 2 more small rugs & a second runner. They are beautiful & the quality is wonderful!”

“The rug is beautiful and works perfectly in my sunroom. So convenient to have a rug delivered than lugging it home from Macy’s where I had first seen it. Pad gift was also very much appreciated. Thanks”

“I have been communicating with Matt and he has been wonderful. He is personable, professional and answers all questions without hesitation. There was a mix up with the samples ordered and I am still waiting for one to arrive. However Matt assured me that the rugs I ordered would be shipped as soon as possible after I have had a chance to view the sample. I will order from this company again...it has been a good experience!”
