“On IR&D I found an area rug for less cost than the same item found on other sites due to a discount offered as I shopped. I appreciated the quick confirmation, free shipping (in this case), fast delivery. Excellent service. And the Kharma rug is gorgeous! Thank you”

“Two rugs have not arrived yet but the “free” pad was worthless. I learned long ago never to use those thin, rubber pads as they damage my floor. Wish I hadn’t fallen for the “free” incentive!”
