“I ordered a sample rug today and spoke with Matt. I called back several times and he was extremely helpful and patient. When you’re undecided I find it very satisfying to have a sales person who is understanding. If all your employees have his attitude it will be a pleasure ordering my rug. Fingers crossed it is what the picture describes it to be.”

“The area rug (Surya Kayseri KSR-2310) is beautiful and top quality. Loved it so much I purchased an additional area rug for the adjacent room. Delivery was fairly quick and the rugs came packaged perfectly. No damage, no complaints.”
