“Ordering and Payment process were very simple and rapid. Follow-up communications and Delivery/Shipping Tracking were Excellent! Items arrived very rapidly and ahead of initial estimated dates. “As always, I am a little disappointed when I have not received an item and it has been reduced in price. Last week for President's sale, I received an 11% discount. I am not sure when your anniversary sale began offering a 20% discount. That would be an additional savings of $71.64. Last week I was receiving last day of sale warnings, so I ordered. This week I receive a better offer before my rug has even been delivered.”

“We ordered our rug on Saturday and received it the following Saturday, in just a week! The pad (fits exactly) arrived the following Thursday. Placing the order online was easy and the costumer service was great. I emailed CS several times with questions and got prompt responses from Robert, Steve and Emily. I will shop this site again when the need arrises!”

“Customer service was pleasant and honored a Presidents’ Day discount on an order placed prior to the sale. I will be receiving my karastan carpet next week and received a much lower price than I would have received if I purchased locally or on other on line sites. I will be sure to use incredible rugs for future purchases.”

“Very unhappy. Shipping extremely slow, still have not received one of the two rugs that I ordered Searched for the perfect rug for hours, they called 5 days later saying rug was now unavailable. Extremely frustrating experience.”

We're sorry, Michele. Clearance items are very limited in quantity and someone got their order in just prior to yours. However, your 2nd rug was shipped in 3 business days and is schedule to arrive tomorrow (day 4) by Fedex. That's a day earlier than our site states for the Theia rug. Hope you enjoy it.
