“They should change their name to Incredible Rugs, Decor and Service. Best service, follow-up and professionalism I have encountered this year. Under promise and over deliver...my rug came in well before I expected in great condition.”

“I was happy to find a lighter cream rug with a black border that wasn’t for outdoors or a rough sisal texture like some other companies. I was lucky to find it on sale because it is expensive. They are too expensive I think for a 5 by 8 but I can’t find anything else online that seems to match my decor. Hopefully it will be ok when I get it and size wise too. Seems to ship in a good time frame.”

“This is a well organized and easy to use website. The cyber-sale price was remarkable but even the regular prices are very good. The photo colors are true to life, and I really appreciated the ability to see what rugs would look like in my home.”

“I was a first time customer, but I'll be back. The rug arrived just as it looked on the site. I'm used to getting shipments quite fast, so that was a small drawback. It won't stop me from returning to Incredible Rugs and Decor.”

“Just received my Karastan Sovereign Sultana Navy rug and free pad. The service and price were exceptional. No other site came close to this price. I needed a smaller navy rug to go with a navy Karastan rug that I have had for over 25 years which still looks brand new. The quality is still very nice. The colors in the rug are not as bright as pictured online as far as the border which looked like a pumpkin color online. It has more brownish tones but is still looks quite nice in my entry and blends well with my other rug”

“As a first time customer of Incredible Rugs and Decor I am beyond IMPRESSED. I received IMPECCABLE customer service from Emily this afternoon. She made the Price Match guarantee and purchase a BREEZE. I will definitely be returning and referring all of my family and friends to this site...My entire experience was FLAWLESS! Thank you again Emily and the team at Incredible Rugs and Decor... Erin C.”
