“I was skeptical about sending off the cluster but not only did I receive emails every step of the way, it was also done very quickly! Took about a week from the time I sent it off till it was returned! My son wanted the LED blue and it came out GREAT! Very happy customers!”

“This company is legit. I live nearby so I was able to drop it off on a Thursday morning and it was done the next morning. The screens in the Escalade are horrible in the heat so I’m glad there’s a cheaper alternative than taking to a Cadillacs dealership.”

“The ordering was easy. Timely shipping of ordered part. Had to return original part but I missed the page to send back with my part. Called customer service and she assured me that if I returned the part as described they would be able to ascertain my information off the provided shipping label. They did just that and I received my warrenty. Thank you!”

“Needed to replace the instrument cluster in a 2003 Cad Esclade. Ordered the part online from ISS. They put in the correct odometer reading, the VIN number and the total hours of operation. It arrived as scheduled. I removed the old cluster and put in the new one in 20 minutes and I had never done this before. I am so happy that all the instruments work again. Just like new. ISS you are my go-to company for parts like this. Packed up the old cluster in the same container put the label provided on it and took it to a UPS store. About a week later I got the notification that ISS had received the part and I had my lifetime warranty. It was a pleasure doing business with you. No hassle no fuss no problem!”
