“Instrument cluster was delivered quickly, operated properly and core charge was credited when they received my old cluster. Did everything they said they would when they said.”

“Works perfect thanks! Way more cost effective than going to the dealer, the only reason I did not rate you a 5 is a 1 point deduction for communication, these days the seller should be communicating all throughout the supply chain. I did not know when the product was shipped or when it may arrive. Still very good experience”

Thanks for your kind response. Happy the part worked great! Also, thank you for letting us know the email didn't hit your inbox. Our emails all go out from our website automatically. It appears that perhaps the emails were blocked by your email provider. Thank you for letting us know and will investigate on our side on how to resolve. The good news is that the status, delivery and tracking number can be found by logging into our website account dashboard if the emails are missed.

“Gauge cluster came in like new condition. After installation I check gauges and they worked perfect. Buying from ISS was straight forward and they communicated with me with my questions. I highly recommend this company and their products.”

“The service was great and since I had time on my hands I was able drop it off and pick it up. The instrument cluster didn’t work on my first couple of attempts of installing them. I thought i was going to return it but after I tried it the third time it suddenly all worked. I also had the replace the lights in the hvac and radio. Thank you!!”

“ISS rates highly with one exception; they never revealed whether they used the X27 168 stepper motors or not. However, the final product tested very well, and the blue LEDs are gorgeous. Oh, yes, packaging was adequate too.”

“Ordered a replacement cluster. It came very well packaged, included the return label to send them my old one for a core, and was shipped to me very quickly! I am so freaking happy with them and my new cluster!! I have already recommended them to a few other people who have asked about mine.”
