“2013 Cadillac xts came in with a broken screen/cue, customer had estimates from dealer. I ordered one from ISS after checking them out online. had it sent next day, took approx. 2 hours to replace and worked perfectly. Thank you ISS Automotive for your quality product. “I was exploring options online one night on how to replace the radio/ cd player unit for my vehicle. The cd player stopped working a while ago. I came across ISS Automotive. It was is a very easy website to work with and to the point. Ordering the unit was simple and was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. The people at ISS communicated with me when I had questions also. They got back to me within 20 to 30 minutes most of the time. Great job all! Thanks....”

Hello Mwema, I am sorry for the confusion. We have our return policy on our website under returns policy => https://issautomotive.com/pages/returns-exchanges. This can be found at bottom of website "Returns" or under "About ISS". We have a 20% restocking fee due to shipping costs on our side, labor, and handling. I am sorry this was not made more clear on the product page. We will add a note to our pages to help in the future.

“Unfortunately, the bluetooth adapter would not work with my application. According to the website, as well as speaking with the tech department, it should have worked. The location of my xm receiver was built in to my factory head unit and not accessible. This should have been noted in the,"what it will fit application". However, tech department was very helpful after we realized it would not work. I had it ready to ship back, but was able to give it as a gift to local graduate. Thanks, Jim”
