“I will have to admit that the service was excellent. I called before purchase and I am glad I did. My 2003 Chevy Suburban cluster was constantly changing languages and the problem was resolved with the replacement. Speedy shipping and return address label allows you to ship the core with no hassle.”

“I am so great full I found ISS while browsing the Internet looking for a cluster for my Cadillac 2004. It was easy to install and saved over $300 for repairs. It took only 10 min. To change it out. I recommend ISS to everyone who needs auto parts. Now that I know ISS exist I can trust using them for all my auto needs.”

“I recently purchased an '09 Chevy Traverse. I noticed that somebody had put in an aftermarket touch screen that was of low quality. I also noticed that some systems in the vehicle was not operating properly. I dug and I scraped and I searched the internet, and I found this site or this link or this lead into this company called ISS. I researched eBay Amazon and everything in between and I went to the site directly and I looked at the unit that I would need for my vehicle. It turns out that what I needed for this vehicle was the original head unit for the '09 Traverse. And with all my research I found that most of them cost upwards to $700 and that was way too much for an '09 to reverse. after going around and around and around and around I finally put my trust in this company called ISS. To make a long story short I purchased the product and whenever I received it it was packed professionally. There is not a scratch on it it looked like it was factory. I uninstalled the aftermarket and I reinstalled what appeared to be a factory unit and it plugged in played perfectly. To my amazement not only to plug and play but my satellite radio came on everything turned on perfectly because I gave them my VIN number so therefore wow it actually worked! What an amazing purchase and what an amazing leap of faith on my part. the head unit fits perfectly because it's factory and it looks brand new and my interior is brand new looking because I take care of it. It fits so well. And it sounds so much better than that aftermarket unit that the previous owner of my car had in there. That aftermarket was weak. These guys at ISS are fantastic! I cannot be happier. I'm not thinking about a dash part but I'll talk about that later. Let's listen people, this is real, these guys are for real. This really happened to me. I'm amazed. Great job ISS!”
