Juul exploded in my face. The liquid burns in your eyes and my right eye is red and cloudy. Going to file lawsuit to cover the hospital flushing my eye. If I loose my sight I will be suing to close the place down.

I have had the Juul for 2 weeks!!! Pods leak the juice out terrible & make for a very nasty taste on your lips & hope it doesn’t go in your mouth. I have bought 2 four packs of 5% and out of that I have had 4 that didn’t leak. So u bat 50% that didn’t leak when u pay for 100% not to leak!!! What a joke when u are throwing them away because it WILL NOT stop leaking the juice out when u take a hit off the Juul’s!!!! Not happy with it at all! What a waste of money!! Also I have taken it apart to try and save it from LEAKING but it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! At least when u smoke u don’t have all that juice coming out on your lips not n your mouth nor on your tongue!!! Not good!! I really thought this would be something good but not!! So now wasted money & getting all the liquid of nicotine on lips & mouth & tongue! So think about it will that cause cancer on those parts lips, mouth or tongue because of the Juul pods leaking so bad!!! Really dissatisfied totally!!! Really need to find out why the pods leak so bad!! Also good money wasted on something that could maybe really work! If the pods didn’t leak on every pack u buy!! 2 leak out of a 4 pack!!!! Just my experience with the Juul I wish everyone else best of luck!!!!!!

Ive had nothing but problems with the pods.. almost everyone gives me a very harsh choking inhale. I keep thinking I get a new box they will be better!! NOPE now the prices have gone up so im giving up! Its cheaper for me to buy a pack of cigarettes by far.. Dont get sucked in put your money back in your pocket and walk away..

Their conduct of business is a joke. I can't even remember when was the last time I've seen such an absurdly customer-hostile, annoying piece of sh1t service.

Got a clue you posers. 74% of your reviews are negative 1 and 2 star reviews Wake up and smell the coffee before you tank the whole company. Would serve you right, you overpriced poison-pushers. I'm switching to another brand. You all can blow it out your ass.

Your website sucks. First you tried to include and charge me for a new juul which I don't need and didn't request. Then, the site wouldn't accept the password you suggested and that I accepted. What incompetence. I thought it was because of my password but after reading other reviews, it may be the age verification thing. I'm 64 years old by I'll be damned if I'm going to jump thru all your hoops to get your overpriced product. I'll be switching to another brand.

Just spent $54.00 to get started,battery keeps charge for about 2hrs. You get that good crackle hit maybe twice then nothing. I found that you have to remove pod and put it back in each time to get a fair hit. I was using enjoy which battery cost .99,pods last 2 days(2 for 10.00) only problem was a little too strong so switched to Juul because the pods came 3% instead of 5%.How can a product work so good for some and crappy for others,none the less done with Juul!

Verifying your age on the Juul sight is impossible. I am 48 years old and unable to purchase pods from the sight. Price's for these pods have went up from 15.99 to 24.99 in stores. I am extremely frustrated with this company and do not recommend getting involved. Choose a different product. Not worth the hassle.

34 years of age. Submitted everything required: License pictures, address, actual photo, last 4 numbers of SSN and still unable to verify. TL;DR: Their verification system SUCKS and they are most likely losing customers left and right -or at the very least, they lost this one-

As a 65 year old person the inability to sign up was so frustrating. Sent numerous pics of ID etc and still can’t order. JUUL sucks. You do not need my face and front and back of my drivers license. Ridiculous.

Customer service and delivery are the absolute worst out of any company I have ever dealt with on a continual basis. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now and since I first started complaining about their poor delivery service back in November nothing has changed in fact it's actually gotten worse because for two months now I have called to make sure my MONTHLY shipment goes out on my ship date and they tell me "it should go out on time". Last month my shipmentwas over a week late. This month I emailed, called twice, and begged them to make sure it would go out on the day it's SUPPOSED to go out on as I was leaving to go out of town for 10 days and, oh my, even after being put on hold all I got was "it should go out". Guess what? For the 3rd time, it didn't go out. They told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do. They refused to move my ship date up because I am almost at the max 15 boxes of PODS a month. Sean actually told me that the feds control their computers (lol) when I asked him to move my date up. Most of the time I talk to someone I feel like they're just way too laid-back for my liking. Today was the breaking point because it didn't even go out today. SO AFTER I PLEADED MY SHIPMENT GOES OUT "HOPEFULLY" 2 DAYS LATE, but not in time for my vacation. Thank you Juul! Over $2,500 a year and I get s**t on. I just got notice in the late afternoon that it was shipping but it's not at the post office yet and when I went on my account to cancel my future shipments my current one is still pending (So it didn't even ship today, 1 day after I begged). So even though I tried they just forced me into going out and purchasing their competitor which has more flavors and is cheaper because I'll be damned if I'm going out and paying $20 a box for pods and then have to deal with them in future. Damn I wish I would have just cancelled the shipment yesterday. Upper management when are you going to get a clue that these way too laid-back employees are destroying your company.

Had a problem registering my device, (due to age verification issue---I'm 63!!) then had 2 leaking pods. With no way to register I have no way to get replacement pods. Seems like a convenient way not to have any customer support. I called the support line only to be told there is nothing they can do to help me on either issue. Worst support line I have ever encountered. Now I wish I chose a different product at the time of purchase. Very disappointed.

I spent $35 plus on the battery itself and it doesn't keep a charge more than 4 hours. Plus the flavors are terrible, I smoked menthol and tried the mint, everything is awful. I am 51 and will not send them a picture of my ID!

Complete waste of time. The pods do NOT HIT. you will get hiccups constantly from sucking in air. You will have to recharge your device no earlier than 6pm. I’ve had to get my device replaced twice now. And the worst part is you spend $18 on a pack of 4 pods, and they are ALWAYS faulty. Leaking, not hitting, or the prongs are messed up so they do not connect with your device. And the store will not accept returns if the package is opened. Can’t believe all the money I’ve wasted on this useless product.

The worst customer service you can imagine. I have a monthly subscription with Juul, yet about every other month I have trouble receiving; this month is the second in about 3 where the order is lost. I contact them through their chat feature, since this is about the only way they will communicate; hiding behind their keyboards! They bounce me around to multiple people then eventually agree to send out a new order, typically after insisting I wait a few days on multiple chats . They are just a terribly operated company; wish I would not have become so invested in their product! I have 4 units so I don’t have to worry about battery life. Their pods also leak about half the time and are in no way equilivant to a pack of smokes. I would highly recommend looking for a different product.
