I thought Karen Millen was a high end boutique brand?! I paid almost $600AUD on 2 dresses, and they arrived scrunched into a soft parcel bag, in their clear plastic packaging. I was definitely expecting at least a little bit of tissue wrapping for the expensive cost! They're cheaply made, and certainly not worth the money. I have returned both, and will not purchase again.

What was presented like a well-fitted tailored dress, upon opening the package turned out to be some sagging bag. According to size table, the dress(size S) should fit my measurements veery tightly, perhaps even too small, but since the fabric is stretchy, I ordered size S, and oh my, it was SO big. It's seems even bigger than size M. Such a BIG disappointment, not only that it bigger, it isn't as tailored as in the product photo. One might as well consider ordering 20 dresses like that from Wish for the same price, because the amount of lies is the same.

I wish I would’ve reas these reviews before ordering. I returned a top that fit way too small for a size L. My sister is a size 4 and it fit her perfectly. It’s been over a month since I returned it. I have yet to receive an email stating the return tracking has initiated. I am an extremely frequent online shopper and really didn’t expect this company, with their online prices to do this to its consumers. I chatted with someone over a week ago and they asked me for the tracking # which I paid for the return! They said to give it a few more days but yet here I am still waiting. Sent them an email this time let’s see what their response is….

I left a message on September 7 regarding a customer service who was extremely rude and hung up in my face. I contacted QA to file a complaint & was told someone would call me right back. This company appears to be s scam because when I called a week later, it’s only a voice mail. I’m very concerned about people posing as a company

I returned a very expensive dress via return to sender and spent fifty dollars to do so I emailed the company multiple times to confirm they received the return. Weeks later I get this response that since I didn’t use their “portal” (NOTHING in the paperwork that arrived with the dress that was too small mentioned this absurd caveat) and the company refused a refund. They basically stole 400 dollars from me. Other tragedy is it fit my friend like a dream but I returned it still paid for it plus 50 for postage and they HAVE STOLEN FROM ME. how do you treat people this way ??

I made my order over 3 weeks ago… it hasnt been shipped according to the shipper and when you contact karen millen thru text (only option to contact) they say they need to wait 16 days from the moment of contact to be able to contact shipper. And they are not willing to do anything! Horrible customer service! Will not order again!!

I purchased a top. It did not fit. I returned it and have not been refunded. Over a month. If I knew I would not be getting a refund, I would have kept the top and gifted it.

I purchased an evening dress and it was too big. Ive purchased quite a few outfits from Karen Milen and typically they run small. However, this dress was very large. I have also returned items before and never had to pay. I also had some shoes to return. I would have gladly taken an exchange but thats not an option. Because the items were from separate orders i had to pay $20 and i was not able to get a replacement at the same cost. I will now have to seriously rethink any future purchases. I would also like a refund of the $24.00 i paid for the expedited shipping program

I agree with the other comments in relation to Karen Millen returns. I have yet to receive a refund without having to contact customer services with my proof of return. Usually they dont even entertain it until the 21 days have gone by. Its just an excuse to try to not refund returns and hope we forget about it. I was told in July 23 when i enquired about a refund that it can take up to 29 days for a return to be refunded.

Horrible service please avoid! I returned my item 28th July and was promised I get refunded by 7th then 10th and now it says 14th! This low quality company is broken!

I ordered a dress which came as if it had been slept on and crushed up and thrown in bag to wear. Then came out and was covered in black marks and food stains this was a £269.00 dress not a £2.60 dress I am going to wedding in 2 days now have no dress and probably can't afford one will never buy again as I am so disappointed 😢

I bought a swimsuit that was too small. I had to pay $10 to return the suit to Karen Millen. In turn, Karen Millen ALSO charged me for $10 for the return. My bathing suit I bought for $83 was only refunded for $73 PLUS I had to pay the $10 return. So I spent $20 on nothing. I contacted Karen Millen and they said this is the way they do business. Horrible customer service and they offered NOTHING in return. First and last time ordering.

My first and last order from KAREN MILLEN! The refund system is terrible. They received my refunded items over a week ago and have not yet had the courtesy to email me confirmation of my refund or sent me my refund. I texted them but only excuses came back and asked me to wait almost a month after they received my goods for my refund

High end brand - take 3 weeks to refund for unsuitable items. Quality has definitely gone down hill, not even mentioning customer service. No telephone number available to speak to the company. Says it all! Avoid at all cost!

Shocking service. Paid for unlimited next day delivery. The delivery defaulted to standard delivery which I realised immediately after the order was placed. I messaged their customer service as they do not have a telephone number and was advised that they could not change the delivery service. I asked for the £9.99 that I paid to be refunded as standard delivery was free and they refused to do that. I have asked to cancel the order completely and they will not do that either - even though the order has not been shipped. I will not be ordering from Karen Millen again - this is probably one of the reasons that they are no longer on the high street!

I used to buy all my work clothes from Karen Millen, they wore well, washed well, held their shape and lasted the distance - quality was on par with what you see in Ted Baker. Since being acquired by Boohoo the quality has absolutely tanked - dresses have arrived missing buttons, the fabric is super cheap quality and shows pull lines after only 1 wear - clearly all the products are now coming out of the same Boohoo factories. Won’t be buying from here ever again.

I used to think that Karen Millen was a high-end brand but no more. Today, I received a dress that I was meant to wear at a special occasion this weekend, it arrived with a missing belt. Not just any belt, this belt makes the dress. Without it, the dress is useless. In summary, I received faulty goods. I contacted customer service only to be told to rerun the dress. I inform them that I live in Portugal and returning the dress is a bureaucratic nightmare. After several exchanges with Nikki, who informs me they will reimburse the postage costs, I inform her that’s not the point. I would have to go through great lengths of filling out forms due to Brexit and standing in endless queues etc. It’s just not worth it. Still she can’t think outside of the box. So I tell her I’ll keep the dress if they could please extend a gesture of goodwill (bear in mind I had to suggest this, never once from them). I ask for a partial refund and they offer me 20%! What a joke! This equates to £20! For a missing belt that is a crucial part of the dress. I ask to be connected to a manager and Nikki informs me management won’t better the offer. Take it or return the dress. Of course I’ve had to accept the measly offer of partial reimbursement because I wouldn’t put myself through returning the dress via the post office here. I explain this to her and she offers a scripted apology and says there’s nothing more they can do and this is policy. As someone who shops online frequently this is not true, many retailers go out of their way to meet their customers needs. I’ve experienced a truly poor customer service with Karen Millen and I can say with certainty they don’t care about their customers. If things go well, great. If not then good luck to you, you’re on your own! Thankful for this platform and being able to share my experience. I will never shop with them again, I’ll take my business elsewhere, to other deserving retailers. Please think twice about shopping with them if you live in the EU.

I have checked the website and seen good dresses but the experiences are terrific and disappointing, Does mgmt consider abt customer satisfaction. Thks all for ur honest reviews I can't go ahead to buy from Karen millen.
