“It increased the flight tickets’ price when I was just about to confirm purchase, supposedly due to the air company’s change of prices. I used an alternative site and there were no “last minute increases” of price for the same flight tickets”

“They couldn't book my flight within their suggested time period. I asked the customer service chat if I could be refunded to original payment method to which they said yes, only to be paid in" Kiwi Credits" which are of no use to me. 1 star is an overly generous review. Their prices are higher than going direct to airlines and they are impossible to communicate with.”

“Absolute scam. Terrible. I picked a flight date and followed it all the way through to payment. Then, I get sent my tickets and, they have booked me the wrong date. Reached out to customer service right away and they said there's nothing they can do. Tickets are non refundable, can't change flights, can't even get flight credit to rebook the flights. Not to mention their ai bot customer service is useless and provides the same auto-generated response for every single question or concern. Don't waste your money with kiwi. It may seem like a good deal until they throw you under the bus and drive away”

“I was also scammed by “Kiwi” like many others. My flight was cancelled due to a connection delay and despite their “connection protection”, I never got a new flight or my money back despite multiple attempts. It is almost impossible to get ahold of a real customer service rep. I ended up having to get a new flight from southwest and wasted and entire day plus 400 dollars over this. Do not trust kiwi, it is unfortunately a scam and should be shut down.”
