“I had a great experience with the support team. I encountered an issue accessing certain features on my account and was worried it would take days to resolve. To my surprise, the team responded quickly, explained every step clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Their professionalism and patience stood out. They treated my concerns seriously and made sure everything was resolved properly. It's refreshing to deal with a support team that genuinely cares about its users. Excellent service from start to finish.”

“I was told that my flight would be 4 days delayed and requested a refund that was granted. They NEVER refunded me. Stay away from KIwi!”

“On a positive note: We successfully travelled on an itinerary created with Kiwi. Thankfully we paid the extras offered, because some of the flights were changed several times and the itinerary compromised more than once. Nevertheless we could solve it with Kiwi. What can be improved: After we had arranged the trip we found out another way to our destination which would have been simpler but it wasn't showed through the app. Some of the connections were very tight (around 1 hour), and very stressful to get to board the planes. I recommend to plan with more time between connections.”
