Kiwi is the worst travel service I’ve ever come across. Kiwi is basically set up to scam you out of your money. Do yourself a favor and avoid Kiwi like the plague. You will be glad you did!

Cheating system DO NOT use, they put different flight details on what you paid. Then money has been deducted and they are not responsibled for it. They say this is service agreement !!! You should have read it. !! Scam Cheat Fruad

Sadly a really terrible experience. I tried to add baggage to my flight but I could get in via the airline company because kiwi com had used a private email of their own without telling me. I had to request this but sadly it was too late and my boarding pass was already available so now I have to pay extra at the airport. I had to request the email and then wait for a verification code which I never received from them. I rang up to ask if there was anything that could be done and was hung up on by a rude Woman. Very disappointed and want my money back

I'm afraid this company is a total scam. My daughter booked a flight, the first leg of which was cancelled a few days after booking and she hasn't received any refund. She was also told that one piece of checked-in luggage was included (ie for the second leg of the flight). It wasn't. She had to pay $80 to get her bag checked in. Kiwi admitted they were at fault on the phone and said all she had to do was fill in the details online and she'd get a refund. She submitted the details, and got a message saying they would not be refunding her. She now can't get in touch with them, either by phone or online, because as soon as she enters her booking ref, the system blocks her. Impossible to get through to an actual person. Believe me, we've both tried. No way would I suggest anyone uses this company. They really shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Customer Service is horrible. Can't actually blame the employee their policies and scamming techniques are not the customer service reps fault. But they do work for a company that overcharges for flights. I booked 8 passenger to a flight and at the time it was the cheapest option online, well based on the search engine. Best advice search the airline site directly and avoid booking through travel sites if possible. I ended up paying $200 per person costing me $1600 extra. They have many add ons and pricing schemes so they can take your money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Don't waste your time and money with them they are thieves they stole my 1178 dollars they are not helping the customers even the manager Jordan is not helpful he just waste your time the staffs are also irresponsible and they don't know how to solve the problem I have been trying to change my ticket they didn't help me

NEVER BOOK WITH KIWI! Unbelievable poor company, totally blew us on $1400 ticket. No support. No help. Never again. Won’t give us money back despite flights canceled out of our control

One star is being generous for this company. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. My flight was changed to have a 22 hour layover meaning I have to spend the night in that destination, and due to the fact that "it is under 24 hours" it is a minor change - as if 22 hours vs 24 hours makes a difference. They refuse to give a refund, and even worse, they don't even have the courtesy to offer an alternative solution nor rebook on a flight still through Kiwi that is still an inconvenience for me. They try to rid themselves of your problems in the easiest and most convenient way possible for THEM - no consideration for the customer. Absolutely will never use again and will not recommend to anyone!

Was told by Kiwi that I would need an e-visa (cost:$55) for transiting though Istanbul. Did not need e-visa so I am out the $55.

There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

I had a terrible experience with Kiwi air. I booked a ticket for a flight from Madrid to Warsaw. They sent me a boarding pass 22:16 - 01:00 from Madrid to Hungary, but when I arrived at the airport, the flight had already boarded and left and I missed it

Bught tickts for my parents. First they took 3 days to send one of the confirmations. Worst... i provided correct names just as they are on the passports, cuz they are really stricts in airports in South America, and they wrote the names incorrectly when making the booking with airline. Now they wanna make me pay for a mistake they made and i will have to pay extra to fix this... They keep telling me to wait so I have half trip on hold thanks to them

Ordered Tickets through mobile app - on website was impossible to pay. I payed almost 2 months ahead - during next 2-3 weeks I got more than 4 changes including destination on coming back destination. This was argumented as "minor change" - instead of going home I have to go to other country. That's crazy. When asked for changing tickets - they suggested to buy other ones and I will get only 10$ back for old ones. In tickets where included 3adults and 1 child. That's scam!

DO NOT USE KIWI.COM! Bait and switch, unethical, hides behind adhesion contracts. Changes schedules immediately after booking and confirmation leaving you high and dry with no recourse. Rebooking option was $953. I did it direct for $46.00. Uses AI to exploit passengers. Customer service says one thing which is frequently wrong when attempting to follow their instructions. They consider flight changes of 6 hours minor which causes missed connections

Booking Number 128413582 Still owe me a refund from Sep 2021. Keep stating they have received a full refund from the Airlines and I should be getting it soon. Now have blocked all access to my account and wiped all traces of chats with customer service. No contact number and based in Slovakia.

What everybody says about Kiwi.com isn't just angry people raging at their computers. Their terrible service is absolutely real. / I think if nothing goes wrong, you might be ok. But get a delay/change/cancellation?.. you are absolutely screwed. Support is woefully bad (even though I have paid for increased support), sometimes you get a response and you read it and think... did they even read my message? I cannot recommend you don't use Kiwi enough. I never write reviews, even when things go wrong elsewhere. But Kiwi.com seems like the mother of all scams, for more reasons than I can care to write.

I received email confirmation of my flight, but When I got to the airport try to check-in, airline told me that kiwi.com canceled my booking 3 hours before departure. The rest of trips' hotels and flight didn't got compensation. They are a super bad company, please guys be aware, they don't care, they will not compensate you except only refund the flight ticket amount. Please file court claim to against company like this, I am going to file court claim.
