“We recently ordered two 32" Samsung monitors. One of them arrived in perfect condition while the second screen was cracked. We contacted Customer Services and went through the process for returns which was firmly quick and easy; the monitor was accepted as a return and another screen was sent out swiftly. They were the cheapest online for the particular screen we wanted and overall the customer service was very good.”
