“I work in the IT industry and do some Purchasing with IT Suppliers, this transaction was i have to say a personal purchase and not for work and i do have a reasonable understanding of what should be expected in terms of SLA's in supply! put it this way they have completely surpassed all my expectations. Laptops Direct put the customer first in every way. other big service providers should come along and be taught how to treat a customer, lets be honest there is a lot who could learn a thing or too from these guys.”

“This phone is great and does everything I could want it to do. Delivery was faster then expected, I had no reason to go back to "Laptops Direct" so cant comment on their customer service. The price of this phone is brilliant and I have recommended this particular model to several friends. The only negative to me was when you think you are paying a certain price and then a delivery charge appears! However I suppose there are no vehicles using free fuel and none of us work for free but I prefer to see delivery charges built into the price. Saying that I am a happy customer overall and would definitely use "Laptops Direct" again.”

“My initial online query was answered quickly and the order was taken very efficiently for delivery next day. It duly arrived and the only sign that the laptop was a refurb was a small ding in the lid. The screen and keyboard were perfect. A very fast and efficient purchase and delivery.”
