“I'm going 4 stars as the product delivered was not the product ordered, due to wash m what looks like a stock labelling error so the label said the right product! However they were very helpful and worked well given that the Easter weekend was in the middle to quickly and easily have the incorrect product collected and the correct product sent out. Thankfully for good customer service!”

“I ordered a mobile phone and was told it would be delivered on the following Tuesday by DVD- it wasn't. On Thursday I emailed and was given a tracking number which proved to be a lie. After another week I emailed again and was told they were out of stock. So I emailed and cancelled my order. Another week went by with no communication from them. I emailed again and received a reply and apologies and that the cancellation would be dealt with quickly. It wasn't. Another week went by and TNT delivered the phone and I received an email to say it was too late to cancel the order as it had been despatched. Meanwhile they had reduced the price by £5. I recommend you don't deal with Laptops Direct.”

“Very pleased indeed. My new Laptop arrived very promptly, delivered by DPD. The latter were very good in keeping me informed as to the whereabouts of the driver. Laptops Direct were excellent in answering a query I had regarding the specification of my Laptop and I shouls like to thank Isobel Haw who dealt with my varied questions. Overall, VERY pleased. Thankyou.”
