“I ordered a mobile phone and was told it would be delivered on the following Tuesday by DVD- it wasn't. On Thursday I emailed and was given a tracking number which proved to be a lie. After another week I emailed again and was told they were out of stock. So I emailed and cancelled my order. Another week went by with no communication from them. I emailed again and received a reply and apologies and that the cancellation would be dealt with quickly. It wasn't. Another week went by and TNT delivered the phone and I received an email to say it was too late to cancel the order as it had been despatched. Meanwhile they had reduced the price by £5. I recommend you don't deal with Laptops Direct.”

“Purchased Moto G7 Plus 'phone for my wife; all good. Competitive price and great communication, delivered earlier than promised, was next business day even though I only paid for standard service. Phone is great too.”

“Weird about the "cherry picking happy customers reviews" how would you know until they've left the review.. Anyway yeah laptops direct never had an issue with them they're well priced and have good customer service.”

“Very pleased indeed. My new Laptop arrived very promptly, delivered by DPD. The latter were very good in keeping me informed as to the whereabouts of the driver. Laptops Direct were excellent in answering a query I had regarding the specification of my Laptop and I shouls like to thank Isobel Haw who dealt with my varied questions. Overall, VERY pleased. Thankyou.”

“Hmm, received a Review Request 7 days after ordering (on next day delivery btw), fair enough; except that the item still hasn't arrived! Laptops Direct should really not send out review requests until customers have received their order, cannot possibly be a positive review otherwise.”
