“Service was brilliant. Only problem was I was never notified of when the delivery may be. So I missed the drop 3 times. No correspondence whatsoever about delivery at any point!!”

“I paid a premium for 24 hour delivery. Delivery took 7 days. Dispatch was rapid but the delivery company emailed at the end of day 1 to say they could not deliver. I emailed Laptops Direct to ask for a refund of my delivery premium. 2 days later I got an email to say that my email had been received and thye would get to me in working hours. Next day I got an email saying that my emails had been lost from their system and could I go to their website to report it again. So far 4 days later I have received no answer from Laptops Direct.”

“I paid a premium of £9.99 for overnight delivery. Delivery took 7 days. i sent 2 emails asking for a refund of my£9.99 since the product had not delivered in 24 hours. Laptops Direct's system then took 48 hours to say it had lost my emails. It asked me to state the problem on your website which I did - and 5 days on I have had no reply. This is poor service.”

“Ordered a monitor with next day delivery. turned up 2 days later. Sent a query about why when I had paid for next day. 3 Days later wrote to me saying they had "lost" my query. Raised again and still no response. Really bad customer service!”

“I've ordered the PSU on a Saturday afternoon and it's been delivered Tuesday at noon. Not too bad for a free standard delivery! Overall it was cheaper than Amazon”

“I ordered an HP laptop on a Monday afternoon and it arrived at 8am Wednesday.....most efficient! The laptop is a Christmas present for my wife so all I have done is check it out and re-pack it.....all good. I am not able at this stage to comment on such things as battery life but I am delighted with my purchase. Many thanks Laptops Direct.”
