“Ordered a monitor with next day delivery. turned up 2 days later. Sent a query about why when I had paid for next day. 3 Days later wrote to me saying they had "lost" my query. Raised again and still no response. Really bad customer service!”

“I've ordered the PSU on a Saturday afternoon and it's been delivered Tuesday at noon. Not too bad for a free standard delivery! Overall it was cheaper than Amazon”

“I ordered an HP laptop on a Monday afternoon and it arrived at 8am Wednesday.....most efficient! The laptop is a Christmas present for my wife so all I have done is check it out and re-pack it.....all good. I am not able at this stage to comment on such things as battery life but I am delighted with my purchase. Many thanks Laptops Direct.”

“this site is just fraud, they don't reply my emails, i ordered a wall mounting on october and we are on December, i have tried to cancel the order but it is impossible....BIG FRAUD don't buy in this website”
