Absolutely Useless - Customer Services????? "We "prefer" emessage" - Translation - "We dpn't want to talk to you or answer the phones". This is the SECOND Order with these people that have gone wrong, BOTH times it was down to "misselling" the operating software of the PC we purchased. You can't talk to ANYONE as they do NOT answer the phones EVER BUT they're REALLY quick to put your contact details onto their "spam email" lists depsite opting out of ALL marketing emails. I am SURE they have this premium rate number that is answered (just goes through to automated holding messages) just to charge you 10ppm to create extra revenue OR they have THAT many complaints they do not have enough lines or employees to answer it. Oh, and you do get telephone calls & emails BUT from a SALES department asking if you want anything else!!!!!!!!! This the VERY LAST TIME we'll be using this useless excuse of a company, we are awwiting some sort of response about our returns being repaid back to us, not that optimistic in all honesty based upon experience of this company. PLEASE potential buyers GO ELSEWHERE you won't be disappointed, do not waste your money

Really poor as received laptop that had not been formatted and had crypto currency mining software installed. It also had all sorts of other software which had no reason to be there. As a minimum they should be formatting the hard drive and allow the customer to set the laptop as themselves. Very poor that the laptop had mining software hidden.

Absolute joke of a company. Sold me a laptop in April of this year and after the purchase was contacted by Craig Bomttomley of the sales team, who offered to sell me a one year warranty. I contacted him several times wishing to take this offer up and received no response. Almost predictably the laptop has a fault and because no warranty was successfully purchased, they will do nothing to fix the fault. Of course, calling the repair team has you on hold for fifteen minutes at the cost of 13p per minute whilst looking to speak to the sales team takes you straight through, showing that once again they are a company keen to make a quick buck with no interest in looking for returning customers. Quoting EU law at them has no effect on their performance either. The European Directive 1999/44/EC says all EU countries have to ensure a retailer could be held liable for all "non-conformities" which manifest within two years from delivery. Thereby, the retailer should help me with this issue. Instead they have flouted the law, charged me to call them and showed no interest in helping. A pathetic company which with any luck will go under.

Not sure it made me happy, more lived up to expectations - item arrived, though it is to marry up to a new SMART TV IN 2018, so put straight away, and not inspected. We are SAMSUNG fans in the household, and have not had a problem in the past so thought it should be ok 👌 time will tell.
