“Having bought a laptop which was deemed to be “NEW” the various faint marks when the laptop is opened are apparent straight away, no stickers on the laptop which is peculiar and believe this to refurbished of which I will be providing evidence to both trading standards and the ombudsman. Very disappointed.”
