“Laptops Direct did not make me happy. Bought a TV from them as a Xmas present so it was not opened until after the 14 days period from order. TV quality was very poor. Wanted to return it but was told I couldn't. After Sales service is abysmal. Quick to take money. Slow to help. Won't use them again.”

“Good product at reasonable price and available quickly. However the next day delivery failed; it arrived the following day so Laptops Direct refunded the extra coat for next day delivery.”

“excellent service, and the best price online! I had been let down by another company just before Christmas (cancelled my order!) so after a little searching, laptops direct came up trumps - substantially cheaper, and super fast delivery too. very impressed, I'll be shopping here again :-)”

“delivered late then needed a repair 11 months after purchase. I Could get no progress reports at all then it appeared to go missing ! it was either in Huddersfield or Elland but no-one knew. I drove 40 miles to pick it up on reviving a confirmation it was ready- it wasn't ! now gone for 5 weeks and no sign of resolution. the customer service line takes an age to get through to.”

“Pros: Laptop arrived very quickly and on time. It is lightweight. Cons: It is much slower than other laptops and often lags if you are running multiple tabs or processes rendering it unusable until it calms down. Comes pre installed with anti virus software that prevents you from changing your default browser so you have to uninstall it to be able to change it. There are two USB ports only one of Them is conveniently located. When lagging it usually freezes and takes a while to work again usually stopping you from using task manager. Conclusion: Save your money and buy a higher spec laptop, having downgraded from a desktop I knew it would be slower but this is ridiculous, I should still be able to run simple processes such as Firefox without this much lag”
