“The order didn't arrive as promised the child the laptop was for was very upset and disappointed we had to chase ul the order which hadn't even been dispatched by the promised delivery date your service was poor and we will not buy anything again if it is not already in stock”

“Definitely not! I never got my item delivered, no replies to my emails from laptops direct, the courier company DX and no money on my bank account! Laptops direct is a joke!”

“Easy process to order. Laptops Direct and the delivery company gave me 2 different delivery dates (4 days apart), but I assumed the delivery company to be the correct one which was the later date - this turned out to be correct. I have, this morning, been on my new laptop for around 2 hours 45mins and have 32% left on my battery (and yes it was 100% initially). Not convinced it will last 5-6 hours as the info states. Laptop is good, fast and was a great price and would recommend it.”

“I was not sure about buying online but apart from the great effort that the sales person went through telling me all about the Hp laptop.It was no bother explaining and finding answers to my questions.It made me feel confident on buying. Now that the machine is here i am very pleased with it and has turned out exactly what i .wanted.Very pleased and would ha.ve no problem using them again and telling anyone else. Regards.
