“Laptop direct were unable to delivery a laptop in over a month of trying. The laptops were lost at DPD depot. Laptop direct do not respond to emessages, are very slow to respond to emails and nearly impossible to get hold of by phone. The live chat system has such a delay on it that they cut you off and then ignore you if you try to start a second chat. Ok it may or may not be their fault that the laptops didn't arrive, but I had to do all the chasing, including contacting DPD. They were then very slow in sending a refund to me. Generally very poor customer experience. I have since bought a laptop from elsewhere which arrived with in 2 days.”

“Laptop is fine and what I expected, but I asked you twice to change the name on the invoice. The bill payer is Mr C Gray and the recipient is Miss Paula Wilde, You didn't change it. Please email the correct invoice with Mr C Gray on it. Thanks.”

“Seen links in web-search for so many times, gave it a go! I found wide range of products on your website that made finding of required product much easier. Otherwise I would have gone to another retailer, but simple and working selection process stoped me here. There is lack of the reviews, but that is widely available elsewhere. Some flicking on windows and deal done. Quick delivery: Well DPD failed to deliver on the booked day, but not Sellers problem as proof and feedback of DPD instructions received almost instantaneously. Warranty and CS: Not exercised yet, hopefully not required. Overall: Laptopsdirect.co.uk - Is officially on my list of preferred IT retailers.”

“Notebook arrived next day, sooner than anticipated and was well packaged. Excellent service. My one and only criticism was that the delivery which was advertised as free, cost about a £5.00 other than that, excellent experience, will likely use again.”
