“this site is just fraud, they don't reply my emails, i ordered a wall mounting on october and we are on December, i have tried to cancel the order but it is impossible....BIG FRAUD don't buy in this website”

“Purchased a Macbook Pro and when received the keyboard and touch board were disconnected / not working. I contacted Apple directly to see if they had any advice for trouble shooting and after running through all with them the issue still remained and they recommended it be sent back. After sending the laptop back and receiving the new one it had the same problem. The customer service for Laptop Directs is very unhelpful and with this issue happening twice it shows the bad quality control in place by Laptops Direct before sending products out!!! Highly reccomend shopping elsewhere and I won't be purchasing again from them!”

“They sent what I asked for. The quality of the computer was acceptable. Would have been 5 star but the standard delivery was up to 10 days, so had to pay for faster.”
