“Ordered Swann CCTV kit and extra cameras. Very easy to deal with. A great range of products at fair prices (plus price matching). Once decision made on product(s), ordering on-line was simple. Very quickly despatched with choice of delivery options. The received items were well packaged and everything complete. An Excellent service.”

“I’m a returning customer with 4 or 5 purchases. Recently had an android box delivered with no problems at all. Always had great service in the Huddersfield store with plenty of help from staff members and also recommending what apps to use with the android box. First class guys. Thanks.”

“I ordered a HP envy laptop that was listed as A1 condition. I have had an envoy before and loved the machine so i new exactly what i was getting with the i5 core with 8gb of ram and 360 gb ssd memory. I was a little nervous given the some of the other reviews as it was one of most expensive machines on the site. I didn’t pay for the express delivery as i was in no rush but it was delivered within 4 days which was great. I had read that some peoples products had turned up either damaged or the wrong product but no problems with mine. It was in its original box and packaging which was a little crumpled and taped closed but that didn’t bother me as the product description said that was the case. In the box was exactly as you would expect new from a shop. After a detailed search I couldn’t find a mark on the laptop and if the box haven’t been a bit dented, you would think it was new. Very happy with the purchase and for the money it represents fantastic value given its over £1,000 new.”

“Cannot manage to deliver their promises - laptop never came - courier company DX Direct are cretinous. I can only assume that Laptops Direct are the same if they choose DX Direct. Dimlows all.”

“Laptop arrived the next day, even though I ordered in the evening. Was a slight problem with my billing adress and I got a phone call as soon as it was spotted so no delay to the delivery. Laptop was amazing value for money as well, exactly what I wanted.”

“Bought refurbed laptop, very pleased, is immaculate and like brand new - so far is running perfectly and was delighted to see that it was not loaded up with unecessary bloatware.
