“I had a truck bed cover installed and the rubber seal for around the tailgate. I stated in a previous review that the rubber seal was not installed correctly. I went to the store this morning and without any hesitation they replaced the seal for me. So glad that I purchased from a local company, supporting local employment. Way to go Leonard. The response I got is the way all companies need to respond. Thanks again.”

“the installers were smokers and my truck, smelled of cigarette smoke for several days, had to go back several times due to window rattle in new top, window was replaced and it still rattles. had to take days off from work to keep returning.”

“Received my building in a timely manner.Disappointed in the paint job. Flower boxes were poorly constructed. Delivery of the building was spot on. Driver was very efficient and professional and setup was done very nicely.”

“Due to multiple miscommunications on Leonard’s behalf the topper was incorrectly built causing my order to take in excess 9 weeks to be properly built and am still waiting to have it installed. Apparently there’s little to no accountability and certainly no rush on their end to complete the install. I almost couldn’t be more disappointed. Please stop sending me email at this point. Thank you and hopefully whoever reads this at least you can have a good day. I will never again do business with you again”

“Ordered camper shell for Ford truck first one did not fit and color did not match they sent me to paint store to get color match it took many weeks to get second shell it still did not fit they said there was nothing they could do.most of the time I had to wait a long time for help even when there were no other customers.I left there went to Hutson bro got shell in little more than two weeks fit great. Leonard has poor customer service there was another customer there and he received even worse service than me and told he was may have to get legal help because of damage on his truck”
