“I bought a topper several months ago, but they said that the factory forgot to install the pet screens I ordered. They said that the factory would have to send them later. I called every few weeks, but they never came in. Hopefully I am finally getting them installed soon. Unfortunately I did not have them for a trip that I had planned, and had specifically purchased the pet screens for. I had to leave the dog and pay kennel fees. Very disappointed.”

“They delivered the minivan but not the ramps. Theydidnt get a delivery slip signed so they emailed it to me. Then I had to mail it back at my cost. I waited forever for the loan to start and to be notified. I called Guy and many other and got no where until I called the main office. The ramps were to be a value of $340 but then Guy said he'd "give" us the ramps for our inconvenience at a value of $180. They r very poor quality. I would not recommend Conway leonards to anyone! very poor service!!”

“Drove 2 hours to get their great deal. Trailer was ready and paperwork went very quickly. The guys there at Huntington were great. I got a new trailer for just a hair more than the used one's were going for online. Also trailer is very good quality.”

“Everyone that I worked with at the Staunton store was very knowledgeable and courteous. I needed a cap for my truck quickly for an unplanned trip. It was within the time frame that Leer required but just barely. They requested that it be rushed and it delivered a few days earlier than I expected and was installed the next day along with a seal around the inside of the tailgate. They went over everything with me and I was gone in about 2 hours. Those guys did a great job and I’m planning to take my trailer to them to be rewired.”

“Things have changed at the Wilmington store. The service and Quality have taken a nose dive. I have known Scott for some time, it seems he is very limited with personnel , After 5 weeks of waiting for a topper that I ordered I have to wait another week or longer for it to be installed. When I called back(2) DAYS LATER to advise of a leak (buddy) tells me you have to wait another week or so just for some one to look at it, (really) I purchased the truck in another town where the Leonards store was going to get the topper and installed in (3) weeks, but I know Scott and was trying to stay local so I ordered with him..I hear mumbling and groaning from employees that they are over worked, no time off, either get more employees or more efficient ones . Disappointed in this whole deal . Scott does have a window on order now.”
