Sales Representative at Brampton McLaughlin location Elina was an amazing girl. My husband gave her a hard time and she stayed cool and professional. She had most of the answers and if she didn’t she got someone who did. I will ask for her by name next time. It was because of her we bought the furniture there.

Had a great experience the other day. We walked in just to see what's available. The store is huge and has great selection. We talked to a salesman Kevin Barnaby. He helped us to find a perfect couch and was such amazing help and the perfect salesmen as he answered all of our questions and was always going the extra mile to help aNyway possible.Overall had a great experience and we thank Kevin for his hard work and great customer service.

Definitely the last purchase we make with Leon’s. Considering returning everything we purchased. Waited 4 months for delivery, when the furniture arrived the delivery crew refused to carry dresser up the single flight of stairs at my elderly mothers house and left it in the hallway blocking her closets. She didn’t know any better and said “ok”. Had I been there I would have told them to take it all back. Way to treat the elderly. If two young men say it’s too heavy how are we supposed to figure this out? I have an arm injury and my mother is elderly, now we are left on our own by Leon’s to figure out. Extremely unsatisfactory service.

Definitely shop elsewhere. Leons charged my credit card immediately after purchase knowing the item would not be available for another 3-4 months. Normal practice is to charge a credit card once an item has been shipped. I immediately cancelled the order, told there would be a refund. I have called twice asking for confirmation that my item was cancelled, no confirmation received, no refund received. Crooks!

***********. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. ********** Should you choose to deal with this company understand if you order an item online there is a 72 hour return policy. YES 72 hours. Tell me how in this day and age a company can have a policy like this. Oh wait a minute you know the really small print on the back of the 3rd page of the bill thats where they have this printed. RIDICULOUS!!! We ordered a range trim kit and waited almost 6 months for delivery and Leon's will not accept it for a return. If they had accepted it there would be a 50% restocking fee... So Leon's will not see any future business from us!

Extended warranty sucks, Never again will I spend the money on an extended warranty. Our dining table is glass and a chrome base. The base is attached to the glass by round discs glued to the glass, well one let go and when we contacted Leon’s we were told it was covered under our extended warranty. After days sending pictures of the issue we were finally told our warranty did not cover the table issue, only because they could not figure out how to fix the problem I believe. We buy extended warranties to cover unexpected failures or other issues that might happen not to be told you don’t have coverage for that issue. This is my second issue with extended warranties and both were a bust by Leon’s and their other company. Wasted money and a lot of headaches dealing with this company. They don’t care as long as they can take your money. We went weeks without a table to eat at since it is our only one. Finally after all the bs givin us I decided to try fixing myself. Went out an bought Gorilla Glue for glass and metal, prepared the glass a directed, sanded the disc flat, applied thin layer of glue and put where needed with weight on it. Let set for a week the put back together and it is holding just great, disc is a little different looking due to sanding but with a placemat over it you don’t notice. Overall never again will I buy into an extended warranty.

I bought a finally received delivery of a new bedroom set on Saturday past. After a botched delivery i received a request to review my delivery experience after which i sent a weak response and within 30 seconds of sending the review I was contacted by Frank the delivery Manager who was completely professional in dealing with my complaint. He immediately send another crew over to rectify my problem. I must give a 5 star review to Leons for immediately dealing with my issue, but most of all PROPS to Frank and Nakulesh (driver) for dealing with my issues in the most professional and proficient manner. Thanks guys.

We would like to commend Haru especially for providing us an exemplary customer service experience. She has been consistent in doing follow-ups and giving us updates from start until the time we have receive the furniture we ordered. I recommend her highly and without reservation. I would say that she is the best sales person in the Leon's Regent Avenue, Winnipeg store. Keep it up!

Purchased a tv from Leon's Scarborough location recently and noticed a large crack on the screen after unboxing it. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any help to unbox the 75" tv until a couple weeks later so by the time I reported it to Leon's, it was past the 72 hour reporting period. Because I reported it late and after a month-long investigation, the manager (Joseph Castaneda) said they couldn't send a replacement or give a refund of any kind. I understand that this is the company policy but I don't understand how a company like Leon's can just even help a customer even a little especially when I've been a customer of Leon's for years. It not only took over a month to get a decision but the most frustrating part is that through their investigation, they admitted that the delivery driver was suspended for not following proper delivery procedures. In fact, when the delivery driver opened the back door of the truck, the tv box was laying flat on its side and not tied down. He slid it off the truck bed by himself into the side of the tv. The side of the tv is not meant to carry that amount of weight which is why the instructions on the box even say to lift the box in an upright position by two people...not one person and not on its side. It just so happens that the crack was on the left side of the tv screen. How can that be a coincidence? I just don't understand how you can punish the delivery driver but still not take any responsibility and hide behind a 72-hour rule. I'm not an unreasonable person so I even suggested a compromise of a partial refund but all he would say is he couldn't help due to the 72-hour policy. Can you at least help me out by picking up the tv and disposing it? Nope. For those who are reading my review, I'm just telling you my experience and it's up to you to decide whether you would want to buy from a company that can treat a customer like that. I never thought this could ever happen but, it did. For me, I can never shop at Leon's ever again or any company can do this to a customer. I've learned a lot through this experience though. Always do your research of company's policies before making large purchases like this. For example, Best Buy has a 30-day return policy and after speaking with their returns department, their process is simple. Just call them and they will create a ticket, send a person to deliver a replacement, and pick up the damaged tv. It's that simple...no month-long investigations. They actually put the customer first. Also, use a credit card that has purchase protection so that in case of any damage, you can be reimbursed the full cost. Anyways, I hope my experience with Leon's helps anyone who is reading this. I know I've learned a lot and cannot recommend shopping at Leon's. It's just not worth dealing with companies like this. It's a shame.

I bought sofa from leons about 4 months again. The quality was not good. I asked for return but they gave me hard time to return a defective sofa. In the end they agreed to rerun the 3 love seats. I ordered another one but the Delivery date give to me was two months later, which I agreed to as I had no choice. When the delivery date came close they called me to advise that the delivery date has been pushed for another month and a half. I went for Leona at Vega Blvd, Mississauga and the sales agent Raj took me the customer service manager Simrin, who advised me that they can not do much except that they can compensate me with 200$ discount on an almost 4500 sofa set invoice. I asked them to call the site manager, who did not bother to even come out of his office, and who was apparently more busy with playing games on his cell phone than try and resolve customer issue. His arrogance was such that he reprimanded Simran that why did she even offer a 200$ discount to me. I saw him playing and wasting time on his phone all along while I was dealing with Simran and Raj for resolving my sofa huge delivery delay issue. In the end it’s very bad customer service with the worst store manager, refusing to get off his seat and helping customer out.😡😡😡😡

Furniture was fine until we had it delivered by their “recommended” 3rd party delivery. First they showed up alone, not sure how he was going to handle a couch by himself. Dropped my unit and broke one of the back panels. And then, he didn’t know how to remove the back rest from the seats, totally useless and not worth the 80 bucks. Whatever you do, don’t use this service that they offer.

I purchased a Stanley Sofa set along with other items on Aug 2021 from Brampton Leon's. They display high quality furniture and deliver cheap items. The sofa i received was low quality garbage, different colour shade. The customer service is poor, no response, too many error in invoicing, inadequate knowledge about the items. I lost $ 1800 through the purchase.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Leons and I have to say that I never had great expectations because I know that the pricing reflects the quality. Average to say the least...However my concern is their current advertising campaign. I am embarrassed to be a white person if the couple in ads is supposed to be representative of my demographic...#LEON'S SO WHITE...I change the channel when their commercials come on. You can do better I'm sure.

We ordered a sectional from Coldbrook, NS, and delivered it by end of June. Part of the sectional had no legs. As delivery guys advised us to call customer service management and we asked for missing part. They promised will placing an order and we will have it soon. A month after I phoned customer service to know when I will get missing parts, I was told the Customer service manager will call me in few minutes, she is busy now, but, never happened I call 3 times left massages she never responded. I emailed her 2 times never heard back. I understand that Covid-19 is increasing problems between customers and businesses, but, ignoring a customer who paid in advance for their products and showing no respect it’s shocking, the fact of not being or willing to communicate with us and hiding behind the door it shows the mentality of business. We are Retired and living hours away from the store and have no proper truck otherwise I would bring back what we shopped and dump It all in front of their door and ask for refunds. Shame of them I paid for my furniture and I am not enjoying to have them because one part is lower than other ones and looks funny and ugly. I will not try to wish bad for their business because I believe there is some good people working in this location and trying to survive , but, I am not happy. All I will say, SHAME, SHAME OF YOU Leon's to having managers with no basic sense or training of communications and of course, they got trained by your head office.

This has reference to the recliner purchased on 07 April 2021 as per detail below in this e.mail. If you remember we explained you in great length that we had already purchased and replaced two recliners from you first at 700$ or so then second one at 1200$ or so, and the seat of both of them collapsed in about four months each. I also told you that I had bought one recliner couple of years ago from United Ltd. at St. James street at 500$ sale price, and it served me well for about three years, after which I bought the first and second recliner from you. I even asked you about the technicality of foam so that we buy the best/hardest seat cushion. Then without a second thought I bought the best you recommended this time at 1,400$. Now I want to write with great displeasure that this recliner's cushion also has collapsed in just four months. Under the circumstances, I want you to refund me the money so that I can go back to the same shop and buy from them or elsewhere, because I don't think repairing or replacing it will not be a workable idea.
