Very bad experience. I was forced to go inside the store during the pandemic because they would not accept my gift certificate online or over the phone. But the worst part was I had to go through the big store to the back. The employee at customer service had NO MASK and was speaking to other employees. No wonder the numbers in ICU are so high. Very bad. Risk your life for nothing. Oh and they didn't even accept their own gift certificate. Told me to come back. Unbelievable. I wrote to customer service and told them this and their answer was for me to order something online and pay for it in full myself, then come into the store in 3 months and they will honour the gift certificate and give me a refund for that amount. NO THANKS!!!!!!!! The manager that called me was not interested at all about the employee not wearing the mask. They need to warn people at the entrance about this.

We purchased 5 appliances (Fridge, Stove, DishWasher, Washer & Dryer) from Leon's in Anjou QC, in September 2020. We confirmed repeatedly that we required the delivery for end of January 2021 which we were assured would not be a problem. After moving into our new home, we were advised there would be delays. At the end of February, we were contacted by the Laval warehouse to advise that the fridge was damaged and that we would have a replacement within a week however they would still none the less deliver our Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher that same day which they did. The stove was still unavailable however they also confirmed that the following week the Fridge and Stove would be delivered at the same time. I complained to the store as apparently per the live chat and store Leons doesnt have an Ombudsman that we have 2 year old and we order with more than enough time to allow for reasonable deliver/delays....... Yet their only solution was to offer me the used floor models instead WHICH WE REFUSED. We have a 2 year old at home, we've been living with no fridge and stove for going on 60 days. Today, they came to finally deliver the Fridge and Stove and GUESS WHAT, they tried to re-deliver the same damaged fridge and floor model stove. My husband and I are furious, they offered no assistance, compensation or solution, we have to sit here and wait for them to tell us when the correct new items are available, not to mention we missed work again to wait for the deliveries to come. WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE. I cannot believe the experience of purchasing a new home has been tarnished because of Leons. We have had to order in constantly and use a cooler for other items. This is ridiculous and its not like we can just to my folks or inlaws for meals or to prep. Hello COVID? I am appalled by the lack of customer service. The only positive I can say is that both times the delivery operators were great to deal with!

Do not go to Leon's. Customer service means nothing in this store. I ordered a refrigerator on September before moving and was told it comes in 4 to 6 weeks. Now it is March 13 and I have been told today the manufacturer pushed back the delivery for the 5 th times to March end. I am living in another city now and when I contacted on line chat to find if there is any other option available in stores close to me, he kept saying me contact the store!!!! I just paid for nothing and they don't care about that simply by blaming manufacturers!!! How don't you have any penalty on your delivery time that manufacturers are able to push it back forever????

They said delivery in 4-6 weeks. They should have said 4-6 months!

I bought two Gerry linen accent chairs on May 28th. Within six months the seats were lumpy and the springs could be felt when sitting on them . I’ll called and e- mailed but got no response .I am not happy that Leon’s would sell something with such inferior quatity and do absolutely nothing about it ,not even a call .

Don't order anything from Leon’s. They sell what they don't have, don't answer emails and don't have even any answer on when the item will be available, it can last months. For me it's appropriate from money of the others and it's really bad. When I order my blender didn't have any information saying that they didn't have it in the stock. How does it sound to you?

Loved shopping here,the customer service was very informative and helpful. Although I only bought 2 gel max cool pillows that were on special for black Friday I found a new mattress set as well.will be returning today to order.Love the pillows! Thanks Leona,Chatham.

I just purchased a new Samsung Washer and I must say that the Bathurst, NB Leon's service is amazing, I was greeted as I walked into the store with a friendly smile, the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend shopping at the Bathurst Leon's for all your appliance and furniture. Thank You Michel, Kathrine, Ricky and Louise

We have been dealing with Leon's Windsor for over 20 years and have always been greeted by good people and treated with respect. Yes every once in a while a delivery doesn't always go perfect but Leon's always makes it right either with a technician to come and see what they can do to repair it or just replace it fast. No problem. Customer service is always friendly and concerned and takes care of business. Shout out to Pasneem in Customer Service. Thank you. S.B.

Absolutely horrible customer service. After ordering a blender that was indicated as being in-stock, I received a confirmation that it was back ordered as soon as I ordered it. Very bait and switch. Worse yet they replied to my repeated emails by staying they are looking into it. Haven’t heard back. Don’t know if it is coming or cancelled. Just horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend using Leon’s. I’ve learned my lesson.

Leon’s furniture on calgary branch they deliver us a broken tv and when we report the management they didnt hepl us and they theareting us also
