I went to Niagara store to look at bed frames , immediately Alan came over to me although I was headed to another salesman , he then pointed to the bed frames and went away to do something else , came back , and got a phone call So he left me twice Not acceptable Alan I did not buy anything as I had a better price at Sleep Country which he said was hard to believe and to check it out

Extremely uncomfortable experience. Harassed by salesman. Awful! Just wanted to look around and see if there would be anything I'd like for my new apartment. I got followed everywhere I went, asked so many questions and even though I repeatedly said that I just wanted to look around for a bit, the salesman did not leave me alone. If he wasn't talking to me, he was walking right behind me and constantly looking at me. Extremely uncomfortable shopping experience till the point I left the store, deciding I would not come back here.

Terrible service. We purchased a complete set of appliances from Leon’s for our new residence. We had them delivered a week or 2 early prior to the installation date. After trying to install our oven, discovered it would not fit in the cabinets. We contacted the cabinet installers to confirm no errors were made on their part. Soon after dis obeyed that the oven must have been damaged in shipping. Called marlin the sales person and he accused us of damaging it. He said we should have called in within 3 days of receiving it. He told us to call customer service. The woman we spoke to told us to pound sand and contact lg directly. Very poor service from Leon’s. Never deal there.

Bought a couch and reclining chair at the Regent location, my sales person Mohammed Rahmen explained to me everything I needed to know in good detail. He got all the paper work and everything done quickly and I wasn't pressured or rush, good salesman. Wouldn't definitely come back in the future here as I am looking for a coffee table.

Run do not shop at the Kingston store. We have been waiting seven months for bedroom furniture for my parents. When it came in it was damaged they kept making excuses saying it’s on its way. It’s on its way. Went in today to talk to them. They will not exchange the furniture because it has been in my parents home. Not put together for seven months, so we wait another two weeks to see if her headboard comes in, the management stuff in the store is horrible, unprofessional and don’t care about anything. I will never shop in the store again or recommend this store to anybody. Just the fact that I have been waiting so long for my parents furniture and they have offered no money back no nothing.

My wife and I were browsing the Leons store in Vaughan(by Vaughan Mills). We were approached by Garima(Leons Sales representative). We never felt any type of pressure, in fact we found Garima very helpful in our search of a sofa. We were so pleased and satisfied and ended up buying 2 sofa sets. My wife and I highly recommend Garima to help with your furniture purchase.

My husband, son and I were in Leons Ottawa yesterday and were helped by a salesperson called Michelle. It was a great experience! She really helped us think things through (space, comfort, etc) and genuinely cared about us and wanted to help us find the best options. We ended up buying a mattress and sofas with no stress at all. Settling payment etc. was handled with great patience from Michelle and the reception team. Everyone was happy 😃. This is not the first time we bought at Leons we are repeat customers and everytime we leave feeling great (even if we come to just look). Thank you so much Michelle and Leons Team!!

I ordered this couch almost 6 months ago from the Leons in Whitby near the 401 and still have not received it yet. Me and my family have been Loyal customers to Leons for over 20 years. I am so disappointed in Leons as they have done NOTHING to rectify our issue. This has been causing issues Im my family life as we have a New born and no place to sit and care for her as we have been lying on the floor for the last 6 months. I really hope something can be done to help rectify our issue

Extremely poor customer service for long time repeat customer. One of the worst conditions we have seen a company ever deliver a brand-new product for. Additionally, they would not honour their return/refund policy when the product was purchased on a Monday, delivered same week Wednesday and we immediately called same day delivery. They advised that once the product is taken out of the box it is non-returnable, yet their delivery agents removed it from the box without consent. They then advised that is standard, wait I am confused if you mentioned out of the box policy but it’s standard you remove it this seems contradictory. We were told to go to the manufacturer and have a repair serviceman come out. Can you believe that, spend over $1,800+ on a new product and have a company deliver it and wash their hands with it and tell the customer to spend more time dealing with a 3rd party that wasn’t involved in the initial transaction. Do not trust their Term & Conditions and if you call say as little as possible as they will manipulate the situation and falsify information. They sent 4 pictures, one of which was our own and the only one of the product, the other 3 were actually only of the box and different angles with no product visible, just cardboard. They said the damage could not be from delivery based on “their pictures” ha-ha it was pictures of a box, I can’t even make this stuff up. We used to be loyal customers but in the past few years their business has gone down hill, they are not even the most competitive on pricing anymore and won’t price match. We highly recommend taking your business elsewhere like Trail Appliances, Canadian Appliances, Lowes, Home Depot, or anywhere but Leon’s. We thank you though for the new “VIP” service (sarcasm) must stand for “Value isn’t Priority”

I will never ever set foot inside another Leon's furniture for the rest of my life. The service or should I say, the lack thereof is quite evident. Got a problem with furniture you purchased 6 mos ago that was finally delivered, you are on your own if there are deficiencies. The Edmonton south-side store customer service line is rarely answered. It will go to voicemail, where they promise to get back to you.....except they never do. What I have determined is, that the "Leon Family" that owns and operates this furniture outlet, has no concern whatsoever that the garbage that is manufactured in third world countries, shipped to Canada directly to the customer. The merchandise that enters the country obviously is not quality controlled nor checked. When it arrives in the customer's home in a deficient state, it becomes the customer's problem, not theirs. When our king size bed frame came with the improper sized mattress frame supports, our sales person suggested that we simply lay our brand new mattress on the floor and wait for the proper parts to arrive. When??? they couldn't give me a definite answer. Even to suggest to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR....give me a break, we aren't 20 year old kids moving into an apartment for the first time. We are still waiting for a replacement nightstand that was ordered in Aug 2022 and arrived Jan 10 2023, oh, and by the way, one of the night tables that was shipped directly from Malaysia, arrived broken. They promised a new replacement will arrive in Apr 2023, eight months after the initial purchase. Not holding my breath that this will actually happen. I asked to speak to the store manager, he wasn't available. I asked for him to call me and discuss the circumstance. I'm still waiting for that call to happen. It appears to me that the Leon Family who owns and runs this joke of a business care not about the customer, only how much garbage they can sell to unsuspecting customers that they profit dearly from. So long Leon's, it hasn't been a pleasure doing business with you. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO LEON'S TO PURCHASE ANYTHING.

If I could give a lower rating that 1 star, I would've. I would never ever do business with this store again or recommend my friends and family to do any business with them. On Janaury 3, 2022 I went to the Leon's store in Whitby, the sales associate that assisted me was Ali. Now I bought several appliances and furniture. Ali told me that the stove would take two weeks for them to get the stove since it's not in stock at that store. Two weeks seemed fine so I agreed. After the time passed I called the store. Initially, Ali told me that the truck was full so the stove was left behind. As stupid as that excuse was, I accepted it. Wednesday January 25, 2023, I called again and enquired about the date that the stove will be delivered. Ali then made arrangements for the stove to be delivered on Friday January 27, 2023. On Friday January 27, 2023 the delivery team came to the house , they were from the Scarborough store, the delivery guy took the stove out of the truck. He came inside the house and knocked his snow filled shoes in the house. My husband simple said to him that he could've knocked the shoes off outside. The delivery guy then said oh, next time clean your driveway. He took the stove back to the truck. I've been patiently waiting for this stove for almost 4 weeks living off uber eats and doordash for this man to bring the stove to my house and went away with it. To say that I was furious was an understatement. Anyways, I called the Scarborough store the supervisor in charge of delivery basically told me that the stove was not delivered because of the snow on the drive way which was a lie. The house is a newly built house, at the moment the driveway is unpaved. So the cleaning of the snow will not be perfect. That's beside the point because the man had already removed the stove from the truck and made it to the front door. He went on to tell me that he could have it delivered tomorrow. I called the Whitby store since they were the one that I gave my money to, I was on the phone waiting for a long time before a woman who identified herself as a supervisor came on the phone. She too had the same story about snow on the drive way blah blah. I tried to explain to her, she said I should calm down, so I calmed down and spoke soflty and slowly and the lady proceeded to laugh at me. I asked her what was so funny she said its how you're talking. I was appalled that a person in that capacity could behave in such an unprofessional manner. Now I got real upset and asked for a refund. I hope that the money will be return to my card within 3-5 business days so I don't have to call them again.

Only put one star because you can’t put zero. Buyer beware, no refunds, the customer service sucks that’s when they get back to you. All I can say is I will NEVER a buy anything from them again

I bought all my appliances at Leon’s, my dishwasher has not been working properly. Never cleans my dishes, I would not recommend this dishwasher. It’s been wasting water in electricity. I don’t know what is wrong.

Excellent service !!! Alex is such a great sales person.. so bad he is only on the weekends . He literally helped me with everything + he didn’t let me carry anything , he lifted the ottoman I liked it and brought it in my car . We need more people like him for customer service !!

The Boxing Day sales were great. I purchased 2 chairs and they were delivered to the store within 3 days. The sales reps were very helpful and friendly .

Never buy anything from Leon's. Very bad experience. Nobody told you that all sales were final before you placed order. No return, no exchange, no store credit. Nobody returned your email or calls, very bad company.

Ordered some sofas and the delivery men came on time, they were very professional and very clean job. The product came in perfect condition and installation was so quick.

They give the false promises of delivering the furniture within two weeks and they won’t deliver it for 3 weeks .ultimately I had to cancel it after 3 weeks of waiting for my furniture
