We were in need of a platform frame , for our king matress. I called and Maria was very, very helpful. Maria told us what we needed, the price and that the frame was in stock. Drove up and picked it up. Sleeping comfortably tonight. This isn't our first purchase at Leons in Barrie. We have always had good experiences with all our purchases in the past. Thank you.

At the time of purchase, the sales rep at Leon’s informed me that if I decided to buy this certain type of warranty that I could have any damaged elements replaced within 5 years. Now, four years later when the cushions are now damaged, and the foam pieces are molding a certain way, I called Leon’s and spoke with their warranty representative who informed me that I do not have this warranty and it only deals with fabric. Wish I knew this at the time of purchase and very disappointed that they lied, and after four years we are already having problems with our sectional.

We purchased a three-seater sofa in July 2025. The sale Rep was pleasant and helpful, the delivery went well and as expected. My question is: Why do Leon's (Ottawa) deal with a Quebec firm to do its fabric protection ? There are plenty of firms within the province of Ontario that would appreciated Leon's business. A Rep from "Magie Seal" (Montreal) was at my house, for a whole 5 minutes, to complete the fabric protection. Here's my thought -- how much protection will that be in the end ?

Bought 2 power recliners. The wife loved hers, but mine aggravated my sciatica. Tried to return but it was refused. Didn't know it could not be returned until after they were bought and paid for

Would not take boxes away from furniture order. No logical or professional explanation given. Sad price to pay for my next 2 orders...Never again. I know know why they have a 2. 2 rating. Low end company. Will keep this in mind if has to be returned. Buyer beware.

I want to take a second to thank our delivery person Nolan who delivered a pair of sofas to my house. There was a small mishap on the front step that he quickly brought to our attention on one sofa. Leon’s thought it best to replace the sofa rather than try to repair the smallest hole in the front. Nolan came back a second time. Both times we found Nolan outstanding. So very professional, kind and courteous. Their care and attention to detail was above and beyond. We were extremely satisfied with their work. We understand things can happen from time to time. We hope to have the pleasure of having them again on my next purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute best customer service ever by Mike York at Leons Red Deer. Put the order through for a new mattress in mere minutes. Made shopping a breeze. Outstanding service. If you want superb customer service ask for Mike!

Purchased an upgraded mattress to replace the original mattress we had bought, ( which had a huge bulge) after 5 months it began sagging in the middle. they did a string test to say it wasn't enough sagging to warrant a return . They sent us back to the manufacturer and in turn they sent us back to Leons only to say no!!! Sent message to manager, never got an acknowledgement! Never never again!!!

I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue regarding my recent order placed on June 24. The order was for a stove, washer machine, a mattress a dining set; however, only four chairs were delivered — the table was never received. The chairs remain unopened and in their original boxes. I contacted your team by email on July 22 to request an update or delivery of the missing table but have not received a reply. . Given the lack of response and the incomplete delivery, I returned the four unopened chairs to the store today (July 25). Unfortunately, the store staff refused to accept the return despite the order being incomplete and undelivered in full. Waiting for the resolution .

I want to take a moment to praise the Latinos, Alejandro and Jorge, whom delivered twice to my house. They were outstanding. So very kind and courteous. I purchased outdoor furniture from Leons Furniture back in April, and while the set itself looked nice, it arrived with missing pillows. Since then, I’ve made multiple phone calls trying to resolve the issue, but months later — now at the end of July — I still haven’t received the missing items that I paid for. The lack of follow-up and accountability has been really frustrating. I expected better customer service, especially after spending a significant amount on the furniture. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Leon’s Furniture based on this experience.

Bought a brand new bedroom set of 5,000$. Payed extra for insurance. They said if something was wrong no questions asked bedroom set replaced. Been fighting with them to get my bed fram changed, it's just a year old this month and it's loose and paint coming off. Sent some tech guy here took pictures. Then they want to send him back cause he didn't do is job right and note the pictures and all to the file. And I would not recommend anyone buy from them. They just want your money and give you bad furniture and won't exchange it when you pay extra for insurance.

Bought queen bed, mattress & box spring and a nice loveseat. I got scammed to buying a $200 warranty where he said I'd get free pillows and comforter. Bought July 6 for sister coming on 22nd. Got loveseat but no, bed back ordered, frame not available. Can get bed & box spring on 23rd but no frame. So, got it elsewhere and then returned to get my money back. What a HASSLE. Got bed refund but not the warranty and I do not get the pillows & comforter. I will not shop there or the Brick again.

We would sincerely like to thank our sales representative, Dipiksha (Debbie) Pathak with our recent purchase of 2 twin XL Tempur Pedic Pro React mattresses and 2 motion adjustable bases. Her friendliness, extensive knowledge about the products and most importantly her honesty went above and beyond our expectations, making this experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable. She even made the effort to pick up 2 mattress protectors from another location so that we did not have to go out of our area to pick them up. Not many sales representatives would do that. Thank you Debbie!!!!! We never once felt pressured by her, giving us the space to think about our purchase, which again we feel is a rare thing with most salespeople. We feel confident in our purchase and not as an impulse buy. Again thank you Debbie!!!!!

After visiting 5 furniture stores, we decided to purchase a reclining sofa and love seat from Leon's. Sheldon, our salesperson, was a joy to work with. We received our furniture as scheduled. However, even though we were aware we'd have to unwrap the pieces and put it together, it was a lot of work. The packaging was extensive with cardboard and Styrofoam and plastic, and the backs of the loveseat and sofa had to be assembled, put onto the two pieces. What ever happened to furniture stores delivering and setting up and hauling away when you buy new pieces from them. Gone are the days when this was part of customer service from furniture stores. If an elderly person was to receive something like this , there would be no way they could do it. Be aware, if you are buying furniture that you will be putting in a good couple hours of unwrapping and sorting into recycle bags.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. NO one will return your calls on any issue. Called at end of May with a warranty question and was told someone would call me back tomorrow. It is now July and no one has called me since May. another issue with damage during delivery and the promised call never came. Call on Tuesday and was promised someone would call me back on Wednesday and it’s now Friday. I’m not heard from them. Their lack of customer service. Has me shopping elsewhere.
