Very expensive insurance goes up instead of going down

very bad service. my bike has been stolen they rejected claim. I took this insurance through call only customer service never said that we have to keep additional lock all the time. they are finding reason to reject claim. last 2 year I paid without missing a single day. really useless

I had a financial situation which could of be solved on the day and the company didn't bother calling me instead they cancelled my insurance and now they're demanding money as they are a broker not insurance company

Worse company to buy insurance somebody hit me in the bank lexham paket the money and have marble arche out of lesson want to be to give you the Ron around trip stay away bad people. West of money I have to settled in court. Anybody affected speak up we have to put these scams out of business.

Today at 13.20 we rang for a motor bike and scooter insurance for myself and my wife reccommended by the bike company we bought from.Apart from taking 20 mins we got through to a women who said she was a trainee and put us on hold four times...then passed to another women who had us so confused that we wondered if she even wanted us to insure with them..so evasive so confusing repeating multiple questions....it felt we were dealing with a total rude person who possibly had her dinner interupted...she then just hung up on me....wow so bloody frustrating.....😟

I made a claim and they did nothing to help me to repair my motorhome, and after 2 months nobody iven call me. Don't trust this company it is a waste of money 🤔🤔🤨🤨

Do not use this company they will not help you with anything king waiting times and then when you cancel charge unrealistic amounts do not use

Was a new customer to Lexham. Policy cancelled due to an un-uploaded form. One email to contact me with a 7 day "warning period", I did not see this email so they cancelled my policy without any further contact attempt, when I reached out they refused to reinstate my policy regardless of providing the document or paying a fine. Refunded about 1/3 of the policy cost despite only holding the policy for under two months. Ultimately a company interested in quick money and not supporting or retaining its customers.

Poor company advertise cancelation terms and conditions online and in documents but don't honor them . Pure rip of merchants would not recommend using them

I had an insurance with Lexham for almost 3 years but on February my motorbike had some serious problems and I just purchased another one and sent an email to them for a transfer. No replies but I thought will be done automatically. Well, it wasn't. In few months I got a letter with a notice that I must ensure my motorcycle or will be seized. So I went to their website and applied for another one and left the old one active. Two weeks later I got an email with cancellation notice "We are authorised by Alwyn Insurance Company Ltd to act as their agents for the purpose of formally cancelling insurance cover". I thought that the previous owner was ensured with Alwyn and sent an email to Lexham telling them that I had insurance only with them and maybe the previous owner did so they can cancel that insurance if is needed. Well, again no reply from them and my insurance was cancelled with just 50% refund. When I called them, the guy said they did call me back but there is no call from them so was just a lie. And when I asked them why did they cancel, he said I didn't send them any proofs of no claim bonuses, which is stupid since they have all the info anyway. Maybe is cheap but I'm sure You can find something better than this company that never replies to Your emails and have no solutions to any issues.

if I could give it any lower I would , currently have spent a total of 5 hours on hold to speak to somone to update my policy! absolutely disgusted and will take my money somewhere else
