“I spoke to 2 different people on the phone. After getting more quotes I came back to your company and the second person was extremely helpful and I took out the policy. The first person I spoke to was very knowledgeable but relayed the information so quickly I found it hard to take in what was being said. At 16 this was the first time I had done anything like this so it was all new to me. Advisors need to be aware of this.”

“I have found the customer service that I have received to be excellent. When I recently moved house and found out that my insurance didn't cover me at the new address, and that my current insurers wanted more money for me to remain insured at my new address, I became quite cross! The staff member that I was talking to immediately explained the situation to me and talked me through my options in a calm and sensible way. She helped me to switch to a different insurance provider without having to pay the £75 that I would have needed to pay to remain with my previous one. I was very impressed by her knowledge, her professionalis, her patience, and her general manner which made me feel respected as a person and as a customer, even though my own manner was quite angry initially.”
