“Everybody has been nice. Got things on time. Only bad thing is all the information, that for some reason must be given, and I find it hard to understand it all, it is a kind of "THEN WE HAVE SAID IT" even nobody understand. Hope the good things will contiue.”

“Happy with the feedback, attitude, personal service & premium of all the team but a little disappointed with the initial policy documents as the excess was not stated, the 'riding of other bikes' status was not stated, the various modifications were not listed or acknowledged & one (of three) of the registrations was wrong on the covering letters (although all regs were correct on the policy docs).”

“Nice simple renewal process. However, despite being very friendly, the resulting phone call to complete the renewal spent far too long on the selling of extras. I had reviewed the offer of extras in the renewal notice. I didn't need to go through every one again. Takes the shine of the customer experience.”
