“quick and simple. one suggestion - you sent me a written renewal quote containing many of the T+C's, so when you call me to see if I wanted to renew, which I did, rather than have to go thru the long process of you readings out the T+C's, why cant there be a simple question where you ask if Ive read them, I say yes, ....job done! Saves about 10mins?”

“Would have rated very good had it not been for being given less than twenty four hours to produce proof of my no claimes discount. “Hello Service was good.i have one criticism,that is that on the phone the lady had to go through the policy before I paid,although this is thorough you could not take in all the information .The reason for this being,she had to read it out so fast. May I suggest that when you complete online,that once you get forwarded to the site that all this information is there for you to read at your own pace .”
