Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“So far I've had excellent service from Lexham Insurance but my only criticism is why when you go through a comparison website to find suitable insurance and fill out all the details it requires you then spend the next 35 minutes going over the same information again With a rep from the insurance company you choose.”

“The first lady I spoke to was doing a hard sell on extras and appeared to be implying I was rather stupid for not taking them, however the lady I spoke to when I couldn't find the email confirming the insurance was one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I'm just sorry I didn't make a note of her name so I could have given her a personal mention.”

“Apart from your website, I had no issues. The website would not allow me to purchase my policy, so it had to be done over the phone. I really cannot see the point of having a website that does not allow customers to buy products when the claim is that it is possible. All operators were very pleasant and professional and I was impressed at the efficiency of your team. If the website worked, I would have ticked very good.”

At the time of writing everything quoted to me on line and by phone seems to be going ok. first time in years. explanation was pretty clear and I could query anythingquoted to me.
