“The process was quick and easy but I did have an issue when I bought the insurance and I didn't have any information when the documents would arrive, the email was a bit plain and for me didn't explain enough about when you would be contacted. But the accuiring the quote and purchasing the insurance was extremely easy. The customer service contact number that you get with the email was very good and the people answering the phone where very helpful.”

Papers arrived very quickly by email and post. Very happy with my quote and am looking forward to my insurance. Would certainly recommend for first time bike riders”

“I bought my insurance online, while it was easy to do there were a few things that were missing. For example, you did not ask me for any contact details so that you could send me a certificate of insurance. I had to phone you, you were very helpful on the phone but it could easily be avoided if you took my contact details in the beginning.”
