“Disappointing support service I really liked what was on offer so was really disappointed when the clothing didn't fit. Turns out the company are aware their sizes come up small. No problem, I'll just exchange it. No, it doesn't work like that unfortunately, they offer a 30 percent refund despite the fact I reported the problem the day after receipt. Shame, won't be using them again.”

“I ordered some tee shirts, trousers, rugged boots and bag from this company that arrived only yesterday after a month. The quality were nothing pictured on their website. Cheap tatty and extremely poor quality and I will wage a personal Campaign for the world to be aware about this company’s malpractices as my experience is similar to a lot in these reviews; shocking and utter shambles. Their returns policy is a disgrace and they should not be allowed to trade or even register on the stock market. Amazon or other online companies out there will make mockery of these lot. I believe I have been duped but trust me, I will not rest until the world is aware what a bunch of cowboys these are. Please avoid them at all cost as all their products are completely different from what is advertised on their website. My rugged cowboy boots was plastic and cheap soles and my grandma could run in them. My 3D tee shirts were advertised as cotton but these were cheap oversized synthetic. My carry over should bad was advertised as leather but turned out to be cheap imitation. If there were ratings of extremely poor I would have given to these bunch of jokers. NEVER TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. MISLEADING BUNCH”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a dress for my mom for my son's wedding with expedited shipping. I chose a size THEY listed. It was NOT a custom order. After 10 days it still had not shipped. After I inquired they told me it would ship 4 days AFTER the wedding. So obviously I had to cancel the order. They wouldn't listen and only refunded me HALF of what I paid!!! They kept saying I had a custom order. I never sent them measurements! I spent $160 that included $30 shipping and their solution is to refund me half??? I can't even afford to buy my mother another outfit now.”

“Received item no labels cheap fabric ordered small would fit large nothing like photo. Could get refund through PayPal but return postage not covered so not worth wasting more money and time returning garment with a possible no refund .would never recommend this company will just throw out where it belongs in the rubbish.”

“The pictures are not accurate, you don't get what you see in the picture. It's a big scam, don't spend your money here at all. It's simply not worth it. The owners of this company should be ashamed, they only want your money but don't deliver what you paid for. Rather shop at shien. It's more worth it.”

“Cheap Chinese clothes. Misleading photographs as the dress my wife ordered was lighter than a silk scarf. The package nearly blew away in the light breeze. Only got my refund as I had paid with PayPal and I had to raise a refund request as this crowd are just a bunch of cheap Chinese goods merchants. Don’t don’t have anything to do with them.”

“After a large delivery which arrived over a week late, I shipped the whole order back. It cost over £80 to return in shipping fees. We eventually got a refund minus their shipping costs. Therefore it cost over £110 for nothing. Definitely do not recommend them”

“shocking returns policy brought 2 t-shirts meant to be lambs wool it turned out to be poor quality made made static material with no labels or tags on the product. hard to contact them, they have no returns postage and asked me to pay tracked which is more than the t-shirt costing £12. they are a bunch of criminals don't use this company”

“They have dealt with my problems well. Although some of the clothes were small, they were of gòod quality and the tee shirts I bought fitted well. Will buy from them again.”

“Absolutely a scam the item 8 bought was nothing like the pictures and it had 2 holes in it the item was sent from the UK 48hrs tracked but they want me to return it to China!!”

“Do not use this company. All the negative reviews on here are spot on. I ordered something for my Son. He was really looking forward to getting it. It was supposed to take 4-6 days to get here. It took 2 weeks. But the main problem is that they sent THE WRONG ITEM! I have requested a refund but the silence is deafening. Believe this review and other similar reviews. Avoid this company. If you can get the item you want elsewhere please buy it elsewhere. The photos attached show the difference between what I ordered and what I actually got.”

“Would give ZERO if possible. Rip off of absolute very poor quality tat that is slow to arrive and is then non returnable when not wanted as such poor quality and undersized. Customer service non existant and just fail to respond when you are requesting return and refund. They have not sent me a Return Form despite multiple requests so I have been frauded by them for the money I paid effectively. DO NOT USE”

“Excellent product and very good value for money, l worked in clothing trade for 40 years plus as a senior manager and if the quality of a purchase was unacceptable it would be returned with no favourable comments. However in this case the quality was great and especially the price. Will recommend”
