Earlier, i did complain of not receiving my orders. I am glad to announce after exchanging emails back and forth. I have received my refund. Thank you customer services light in the box.

After ordering, I started reading these reviews and was shocked at all the poor ratings. The next day my order showed up. I am happy with the order and would buy from them again. I just liked some of their designs.

The clothes were not quite the material stated in the pictures however for the money they were absolutely fine. Delivery took about 3 weeks though when it stated 5-7 days. Overall though these clothes are really nice and service is good. I'd buy from them again

I have ordered 3 times from this company. Yes it takes weeks and weeks but I knew to expect that. The first order was for 2 pairs of dance shoes. No issues there. 2nd order was for a triathlon suit which I love and it fits well and quality is good. I did have to pay customs charge on this so the 3rd order for some cycling clothes I paid extra (£1 I think) for refund of the customs charge. When I then got a charge I sent a photo of the royal mail card to them for refund but refund was in the form of credit on the account not direct to me. But I will probably order from them again.

After I wrote a review on the “LightInTheBox’ I got an email from them regarding the duty that I paid and the give me credit, I might not order any top or dress, but I like to test them one more time through shopping other stuff, like shoes, bag. I think base on the customer service they have they deserve one more chance. Shirin

The prices are amazing, and the dress is beautiful. Shipping took a little longer than I had anticipated, but I’m very grateful for the quality of the dress.

Amazingly low prices, so many products to choose from and good quality. Only delivery takes up to two weeks, but it says so online so can't complain!
